The Bold And The Beautiful actress made time in her busy schedule to enjoy a meal in Los Angeles with her teenager, reported Hollywood Life.

Taking advantage of a warm California day on Friday, September 30, Denise and Sami kept their fashion choices simple and suited to the hotter weather. For instance, the Bold And The Beautiful actress showed off her curves in a black tank top. And a baseball cap, sneakers, and jeans completed her casual style.

Richards’ daughter with ex hubby Charlie Sheen, Sami opted for dark pants and a light-weight hoodie. However, the mom and daughter showed their differences in their hairstyles for their lunch date. The Bold And The Beautiful star opted for a sophisticated side braid. But in contrast, Sami tucked her blonde hair beneath her hood.

Denise Richards And Sami Sheen – Move On After Family Drama

Lunching together, the Bold And The Beautiful star and her daughter showed no signs of the tension that previously impacted their relationship. The drama began in the early summer. And Sami sparked the struggles when she announced she joined Only Fans.

As a result, Denise’s ex husband Charlie Sheen slammed his daughter’s decision. And he made it clear that he blamed the Bold And The Beautiful actress for Sami’s surprise move. “She is 18 years old now and living with her mother. This did not occur under my roof,” pointed out Charlie. “I do not condone this.” However, he did offer a concession. “But since I’m unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity,” added Sami’s father. 

And Denise reacted to her ex husband’s response by making her own surprise moves. First, the Bold And The Beautiful actress promised to support Sami. And second, Richards announced that she joined Only Fans as well. But the actress also threw shade at Charlie.

And she added, “All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment.” However, in response to Charlie’s decision to blame Richards, the Bold And The Beautiful star made a point. “But [Sami] makes her own choices.” And Richards also shared pride in her daughter.

“I have to say, I wish I had the confidence my 18-year-old daughter has,” admitted the Bold And The Beautiful actress. “And I also can’t be judgmental of her choices. I did Wild Things & Playboy, quite frankly her father shouldn’t be either. And to be able to ignore the negativity at her age? It took me many years and I still sometimes struggle.”
