The Bold And The Beautiful: Here’s Why Poppy Nozawa Is NOT The Killer

The Bold and the Beautiful summer whodunnit is really heating up on the CBS soap. Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) and Poppy Nozawa (Romy Parks) are at the top of a lot of B&B fans’ Il Giardino Killer suspect lists. After it was revealed that Tom Starr (Clint Howard) was threatening to expose Poppy’s past, it seemed pretty obvious who the killer was. But, this is Bold and Beautiful, and we should expect the unexpected.
Poppy Nozawa seems like the obvious killer, which means she probably is not. Poppy has means and motive. Luna Nozawa’s (Lisa Yamada) mom has a history of drug use (like the murder weapons) and every reason in the world to want Tom Starr to be silenced.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Katie Logan Isn’t Even Close
There’s only one problem with the theory that Poppy Nozawa is the killer, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) is still alive. Whoever killed Tom Starr, also killed Hollis with the same drugs.
Hollis was an innocent bystander who knew TOO much. Once the killer realized Hollis was closing in, he suffered the same fate as Tom.
Katie Logan straight up accused Poppy Nozawa of killing Tom Starr. If Poppy killed Hollis just for finding a clue, wouldn’t she have taken Katie out too? When push came to shove and Poppy knew the jig was up, she didn’t go kill anyone to silence them.
B&B Spoilers – Poppy Nozawa Shuts Katie Logan Down
Instead, Poppy put on an Oscar-worthy performance for Bill Spencer and confessed to her sordid past and Tom Starr connection. Why couldn’t she have just done that in the beginning and spared herself the headache of committing two murders?
Whoever the killer is, they are not worried about Katie Logan AT ALL. That just says that Katie isn’t even warm, and is barking up the wrong tree by blaming Poppy Nozawa.

Katie is off base. She needs to go find another man. Sick of the Logans always getting what they want. She didn’t want Bill till he got with Poppy. I hope the writers fix it so, Bill went behind everyone’s back and had Justin do a DNA test off some glasses or coffee cups and Luna really is his. Come on writers don’t mess this up
Katie needs to mind her own business. Is she worried about Will’s inheritance being split four ways instead of three? Part of me wishes she sees an untimely end.
The clue is in Tom’s backpack (or was) and it is NOT the letters. Maybe Tom was a CI or undercover agent and was involved in criminal activity and was found out and the evidence he collected was in the backpack. Then Hollis saw what was in there. Everything points to a fellow employee who might be lurking as an extra in the cast (similar to Hollis’s character).
I think Lil did it.
Because when Tom was having his heart attack whatever laying on the floor she was there and she never went to help him or anything, and she’s a Doctor and I think she hired bill’s friend to do it. She supplied the needle and the drugs and he did it. Bill’s old friend.

Katie is just jealous of Poppy She deserves to lose Bill I hope Poppy and Bill stay together even if he’s not Luna father
Has to be someone Hollis knew the way he said I’m glad you’re here I have something to show you.( or said something to that effect) And I don’t think it would been Poppy. Has to be someone who’s trying to frame Poppy with the backpack showing up at her apartment.
By the way that didn’t look like the same apartment they had originally.
Poppy and her sister really aren’t at odds. They both want in on Bills money. They faked the illusion there were issues between two. Since Li is a doctor she would have access to the drugs that killed them both. Li doesn’t want poppy to lose her grip on Bill.
