According to IMDB, the synopsis is as follows, “Short Track Saturday Night is about a young local man named AJ Taylor who races on the weekends. His dream is to someday make it to the big show which is Nascar. Unfortunately, AJ is dealing with a lot of problems in his life and nobody thinks he’s got what it takes to make it to the next level. He has an older brother by the name of Danny Taylor who was his hero growing up. Danny was an up-and-coming star in the short track racing circuit until one hot summer night while racing, his car collided with another race car. The tragic accident resulted in him becoming a paraplegic.”
