The Bold and the Beautiful News: Meet The New Baby Kelly

Steffy and Liam’s daughter, Kelly, has just got a brand new cute face, as twins Avalon and Colette Carlish join the soap.

Casting news for The Bold and the Beautiful reveals that Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Liam’s (Scott Clifton) baby girl Kelly has a new cute face. Well, to be exact, two new faces, as twins Avalon and Colette Carlish join the B&B cast.

It is sort of ironic that it was Steffy’s wish to have a sister for her daughter started the whole baby kidnapping story. Now Avalon and Colette join the cast, Kelly officially does have an off-screen sister!

The cute baby girls have already starred in their first episode last week and it looks like they did just fine. The Zuri Talent Agency sent a tweet on Thursday, February 20 to make the announcement and included a cute photo. The tweet also mentioned that Avalon and Colette also have a recurring role in Grey’s Anatomy as little Leo, Dr. Owen Hunt’s adopted son, so Grey’s fans can watch out for them there, too!

Kelly was previously played by Zoe Pennington, who is now taking a break from the popular soap. Zoe had been in the role since November 2018.

Babies have always been an integral part of the storylines in soap operas, and The Bold and the Beautiful has had several baby stories going back in the years. Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) has three pregnancies on B&B, including one of Ridge’s (Thorsten Kaye) that she lost.

All Brooke’s children keep on fueling great storylines and let’s face it everyone loves a cute baby or young child! Of course, when it comes to baby swaps and other related matters, fans are always gripped by the latest, exciting storylines.

The latest baby related storyline involves Liam, trying to be a supportive dad to both his daughters, Kelly and Beth. No doubt both young children will eventually grow to become adults on The Bold and the Beautiful and will have fascinating and exciting storylines all of their own.
