    The Bold And The Beautiful: Pierson Fode Returns To WorkThomas Forrester has been missing from The Bold and the Beautiful for months now.  Matthew Atkinson exited from the CBS soap last year and Thomas Forrester relocated to Europe after his Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) break-up. 

    Way before Matthew Atkinson was on the sudser, Thomas was played by fan fave Pierson Fode.  And, he’s about to be back our TV screens!  Keep reading for all the details, warning TV spoilers ahead.

    The Bold And The Beautiful’s Old Thomas 

    Pierson Fode joined The Bold & The Beautiful cast in 2015 and was on the CBS soap until 2018.  After Fode exited, Matthew Atkinson took over the role.  Since Pierson left B&B fans have followed his career and even clamored for his return on social media. 

    If you are a fan of the former Thomas Forrester actor then you are in for a treat and you can catch him him in a new movie next month.

    Pierson Fode will return to TV on Netflix in a few months, the daytime actor is set to appear in a new Netflix movie titled “The Wrong Paris.”  Nickelodeon star Miranda Cosgrove will star alongside Fode in the hilarious new romcom.  

    The official Netflix account on “X” shared a first look at the new highly anticipated movie and revealed the premiere date as September 12, 2025. 

    The new teaser reads, “A woman desperate to get to France talks herself into a reality dating show set in Paris. Only to discover the show is actually in Paris, Texas.”

    Pierson Fode Heads To Netflix

    Since he left The Bold and the Beautiful, Pierson Fode has had a few minor roles and appeared in a couple episodes of Tacoma FD, Dynasty, Animal Kingdom, and most recently in 2023 he starred in “Based On A True Story.”  This will be the former Thomas Forrester portrayer’s first huge gig since leaving the CBS soap.

        I’m not sure what the reasons were for Pierson Fode leaving B&B, but I believe there is a tremendous thirst for his return. Pierson as Thompson is the missing piece to the puzzle. The excitement his presence will bring makes me hopeful that the writers will also see the huge possibilities in the potential storyline Pierson will fill. I don’t want to see a mentally insane Thompson, but a force to be reckoned with – a clever, ambitious, strong Thompson who goes after what he wants and gets it.
