Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) has been unsteady recently on ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’. Her situation could prove to be anything from a lack of balanced diet and poor sleeping habits, to an undiagnosed illness, or pregnancy.

Speculation about Sally learning she has a grave illness is understandable, as this is daytime drama and there has been some digital buzz about a B&B character enduring a harsh fate.

Considering the seeming end of her run as Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) lead designer and being dumped by Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) again, it’s possible that Hope’s character has entered a stark storyline, or could be written out of the show.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Health Issues Must Mean Something

The issues Sally is enduring could prove to be minor and might be resolved within weeks. In that scenario, triangle conflict involving Wyatt and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) would likely be the temporary reason why some resolvable health matter has arisen.

Pregnancy could pause Wyatt’s intended reconciliation with Flo, or serve to end it. However, Sally would need to tell Wyatt he’s going to be a father, which is often a plot point that’s withheld on soaps.

Most gravely, Sally will need support if she has a serious and, or untreatable condition. Wyatt can’t simply walk away from his brief fiance if she needs extended treatment, or is dying.

‘Wally’ is a great nickname for whatever it was that Wyatt and Sally had. The catchy moniker, a mash of both character’s first names, allowed fans to offer hashtag support for a likable couple that had a future before Flo moved from Las Vegas, Nevada, to Los Angeles, California.

It was quite clear that Wyatt loves Flo more deeply than Sally. Subjective proof could be offered when citing Wyatt’s reasons for creating three combined breakups with both ladies in less than one year.

Wyatt initially broke up with Sally because she withheld information contained within a conversation she had with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), who wanted to break up ‘Lope’. He stopped his initially renewed relationship with Flo because of her involvement in the Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) scandal. His second break with Sally didn’t involve conflict, but due to his realization that Flo was his greatest love.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Sally Spectra’s Storyline Satisfying, Or Dark?

An illness that is cured would bring eventual relief. But if Sally is dying, then Wyatt won’t be able to simply say goodbye and restart his relationship with Flo.

Here’s hoping that Hope isn’t working through her final run on the show, as she’s a sound actor who brings a welcomed flair to the cast. But hoping that Sally makes it won’t be enough if decision-makers have already decided otherwise.
