The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, August 30, 2024 is here! In today’s episode, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) interrogates Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). When Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) walks in, she lures Bill away from Finn’s questioning.

However, Finn then gets an alarming phone call confirming Steffy is officially missing. Plus, RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) reconnect.
The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – Luna Nozawa vs Steffy Forrester Finnegan
B&B recap for Friday, August 30 reveals Luna sticks a bottle of water through the cage. Luna orders Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to drink it. Steffy refuses. Steffy says Luna probably drugged the water again.
Luna says Steffy hasn’t had water or food in days. Does that really matter, Luna? Since you’re gonna let her die anyway. Luna says she had no choice because Steffy saw her kiss Bill.
Luna reminds Steffy the building is getting demolished. Luna says Steffy will never see Finn again. Luna leaves as Steffy sobs and hollers.
Finn wonders about Steffy. The phone rings. It’s the Paris clinic that treated Steffy before. Finn assumes Steffy is there. However, the doctor says that Steffy never made it to the clinic.
RJ asks Ridge where Steffy went. Ridge doesn’t know. RJ and Ridge are both concerned. Ridge says Steffy has responsibilities and she shouldn’t have just walked away. Ridge can tell RJ is distracted. RJ is worried about Luna.
Bill brings Luna water. Luna thanks him for letting her stay there. Luna talks about Tom Starr’s (Clint Howard) death. Finn and the Paris doctor are worried. Finn is frantic. Steffy begs for help. Steffy’s voice is getting hoarse.

Luna tells Bill she visited Penelope “Poppy” Nozawa (Romy Park). Bill says he also went to visit Poppy. Luna’s body language changes.

Luna tells Bill she hopes one day they will find something to clear Poppy, but she’s not going to keep lying to herself. Luna says she will never forgive Poppy for killing her father. Luna hugs Bill, then rushes upstairs.
RJ says he hasn’t seen Luna. RJ bumps into her at the office but not often since she’s not really coming in anymore. Ridge lists RJ’s positive traits. RJ says Luna has been distant lately. RJ says Bill is Luna’s new confidante.

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, August 30 reveals Finn arrives at Bill’s. Bill thinks Finn is there about Poppy. Finn says he’s worried about Steffy and explains.
Ridge says Bill’s just trying to do the right thing by not cutting Luna off completely. Ridge reasons Bill just wants to find a way to be there for Luna.
RJ thought they were close, but then the Bill situation happened. Ridge gets worried when RJ says Luna wants to “be there for Bill.” Ridge wants to know why Luna is still living with Bill.

Finn is interrogating Bill. Luna walks in. Finn explains. Luna is sure Steffy is fine. Finn wants to know what Luna knows.
Bill and Luna talk about their living situation and Poppy possibly going to prison. Luna tries to lure Bill away from Finn by saying her TV isn’t working. Luna follows Bill and leaves Finn alone.
RJ pushes Ridge to talk to Finn about Steffy. Ridge isn’t worried about Steffy. However, Ridge does say if anyone can find Steffy, it’s Finn.
Finn picks up a framed photo of Liam, Steffy and Kelly. Finn tries to call Steffy again. Finn knows something is wrong. Meanwhile, Steffy begs Finn to find her. Steffy flashes back to meeting Finn and other special moments. Finn promises that he’s coming for Steffy

Why is Hollis in the end credits of today’s episode? (LOL his name is ACTUALLY Hollis…) If it was for the framed photos Sheila gave Deacon, then Tom Starr would have been listed as well. Brooke is going to need that boy toy once things go awry with Ridge. Maybe this is another Dollar Bill walking in on a secret investigate unit with Hollis and samurai Ridge in the control room. (from back when they were trying to get a Sheila confession)
