The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for Monday, August 5, 2024 are in! On today’s episode, Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) found Tom Starr’s (Clint Howard) letters.

The And The Beautiful Recap – Forrester’s Disappointment

B&B recap for Friday, August 2 reveal that on the airplane, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is disappointed Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) didn’t make it. Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is looking at the bright side of the situation. 

At the Forrester Creations office, Steffy and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) kiss. As SINN begins talking, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) approaches the door and stops to listen.

Poppy feels terrible that Will felt pushed out of his own home. Luna feels like she started trouble. 

There are flowers for Katie Logan (Heather Tom) at the office. When Katie removes the card from the delivery person’s face, it’s Will Spencer (Crew Morrow)! Katie is so excited! 

B&B Recap – Sheila Carter Sharpe’s Regret

Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) reunites with Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) at Il Giardino. Deacon is so glad that Sheila is home.

Sheila’s glad to be home, too. Sheila is starting to think that Deacon is right. Sheila agrees that the two deaths can’t be an accident.

Poppy and Luna are freaking out over Will’s bad reaction. Bill keeps saying they aren’t strangers, they are family. Well, Will doesn’t feel that way and neither does Katie.

Speaking of Katie, she shares a warm reunion with Will. Katie lectures him for not calling, but Will wanted it to be a surprise.

Ridge is still pouting about Steffy. Brooke reasons why they couldn’t stop the flight just for Steffy. Brooke tells Ridge that Steffy will make good use of her time in L.A.

The And The Beautiful Recap – Finnegan’s Peacekeeping

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, August 2 reveals that Hope walks in and interrupts SINN. Finn tries to excuse himself, but Hope wants him to hear the news. Hope tells Finn that Steffy is threatening her fashion line again. 

Will tells Katie about walking in on Bill and Poppy in bed. Will understands that Luna is Bill’s daughter, but still feels like strangers are taking over his house.

Poppy tells Bill that she and Luna will stay in the apartment. They have packing to do before the apartment gets demolished anyway. Bill reluctantly agrees. 

Steffy reminds Hope that it’s her job to keep the lights on, not to baby her. Hope insists that Steffy is threatening to cut her line. Finn tries to meditate and can see both sides.

Katie wishes Will had a happier homecoming with Bill. Katie tells Will that Poppy has made herself right at home.

Will seems to think that Bill was alone one day and the next, Poppy claimed Luna was his. Katie confirms Will’s perspective, although that’s not exactly how this all played out, but moving on.

Will loves his dad, but will never forget how much Katie was disrespected. Will says Bill broke their family. Katie tells her son that she is NOT broken. 

Sheila regrets telling Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers) to throw out Tom’s backpack. Sheila claims it never occurred to her that the backpack might be evidence.

Sheila just thought Tom went back to his druggie ways. Sheila ponders if there was an important clue in that backpack…

Luna can’t find her backpack in the apartment. While Poppy is in her bedroom, Luna reaches behind the couch and pulls out a backpack. 

Hope suggests they hire Finn as a full-time referee. Steffy says she isn’t talking about getting rid of the line, but it does need to be “pulled back, wayyyy back.” 

B&B Recap – Friday, August 2, 2024

BRIDGE arrive in Monte Carlo. Ridge is driving but Brooke says it’s not the way to the palace. Wait, I thought they said on the airplane that the Royal Family was meeting them at the airfield?

In any case, something apparently changed and now BRIDGE are driving themselves to the palace. However, Ridge wants to take a little detour.

Will and Katie continue talking. Will isn’t back just for a visit as Bill thinks. Will is home for good, he tells Katie. I wonder if Bill will have to choose between Will and Luna/Poppy? Katie calls her son the love of her life. Awwwww. 

Sheila is still beating herself up. Sheila talks about the backpack again. Sheila and Deacon reason the backpack is gone for good.

Luna starts reading the letters, one by one. Luna learns that Tom claimed to be her birth father. When Poppy comes back into the room, she demands to know what Luna is doing. Luna confronts Poppy about Tom’s claim in the letters. Poppy doesn’t answer the question. 

Instead, Poppy redirects and asks Luna why SHE has Tom’s backpack. Wow, Poppy. That is when Luna makes it clear that she FOUND the backpack in their apartment.

Poppy insists that she sent all of Tom’s letters back. Poppy tells Luna without a hint of remorse, “He was a drug addict and a stalker.” Luna says that Tom was the guy who died at Il Giardino. 

Luna adds that everyone “thinks” he died from a drug overdose. That is when Luna asks Poppy if she murdered Tom. 

Steffy tells Hope that Ridge and Brooke arrived in Monte Carlo ahead of schedule. Steffy wonders if there would have been time for her to come back and get her passport. Meanwhile, in Monte Carlo, Ridge and Brooke kiss as they look out at the harbor.
