‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Recap Friday, December 19: Deke’s Future, Katie’s News Spreads, Brooke Reacts

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is finally in for Friday, December 19, 2025. In today’s episode, Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) gets fired.

Meanwhile, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) reacts to Katie Logan Spencer’s (Heather Tom) news. 

Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s Announcement

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) announce Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) is back. (Make sure to check out our WEEKLY B&B spoilers, here!)

They also tell Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) that Thomas will be running her line with Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz). 

Hope is caught off guard. The woman insists she needs Deke. Steffy says Deke is new and has zero designs in production.

Hope asks her to reconsider. Hope admits that working with Thomas is going to be awkward. That’s not a good enough reason, Steffy says. 

Deke isn’t necessary, so they can’t justify keeping him on the payroll. Steffy orders Hope to fire Deke. 

Deke Sharpe’s Meeting

Deke goes to see Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). The designer wants to talk about his latest work. Does he still have a future at Forrester Creations? Carter isn’t sure of the plan but they need to select the best team possible. 

Katie Logan Spencer’s Joy

At Spencer Publications, Katie talks to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) about her fashion house. It won’t be easy to break the news to Brooke. Logan ladies always support each other, Katie says.

Once Katie leaves, Will and Bill talk about the gift. They agree that Katie is a powerhouse. They also agree that Katie isn’t a dinosaur like Ridge. Katie actually knows what’s cool these days. 

Brooke Logan Forrester Reacts

At the Forrester Creations showroom, Ridge tells Brooke that Deke is out and Thomas is in. Thomas and Zende have more experience. They discuss how this could affect Hope and Steffy’s truce. 

Ridge leaves and Katie shows up. The brunette tells Brooke about the fashion house gift. Brooke is excited for Katie and asks about a name. She hasn’t decided on one yet. Brooke understands but supports her sister.

Deke Sharpe’s Future

Ridge goes and talks to Steffy about Deke. Steffy knows Deke has talent and potential, but he’s just not ready. 

Meanwhile, Hope meets with Deke. She talks about how great his designs are. However, Thomas and Zende are coming back.

There’s no room for Deke, and she doesn’t get a say in the matter. Deke takes it really well. He’ll never give up on his dream.
