‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Recap Friday, January 2: Katie Haunted, Electra’s Confrontation, Ridge’s Prediction

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Friday, January 2, 2026! In today’s episode, Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) is haunted by a terrifying vision.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) makes a prediction. Plus, Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) confronts Dylan (Sydney Bullock) about Will Spencer (Crew Morrow).

Bill Spencer’s Confidence

Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is proud of Katie for standing up to Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang). The brunette thinks she has a lot of nerve. (Make sure to check out our WEEKLY B&B spoilers, here!)

Her own sister doesn’t believe in her. Bill does believe in her ,and BRIDGE will figure out their mistake soon enough.

Bill rants about Ridge’s out-of-control ego. Bill tells her that Ridge encouraged him not to support Katie in this endeavor. Well, that doesn’t make the rift any smoother. It just makes Katie more determined to prove them wrong.

Katie knows it will take a while before she can compete with Forrester Creations. Bill adds that nobody should underestimate “my Katie.”

The man thinks that Ridge and Brooke are fools. Katie reminds her husband that Ridge is extremely stubborn. The man thinks that will make it even more enjoyable when Ridge is forced to admit his mistake.

Katie is really excited, but a part of her wonders if BRIDGE is right. Bill doesn’t look worried at all. Bill gives her some assurance, but he has total faith in her. Bill has to put out a fire and leaves. When he goes, Brooke’s voice comes into Katie’s head.

Katie Logan Spencer’s Nightmarish Vision

Katie tries to sit down at her computer and work. However, there is Brooke’s voice in her head again. Then, she starts remembering all the times that Brooke went after Bill.

The lady stands up and seems really shaky. Then, she stares at the Logan logo on the wall and reminds herself that she can do this.

Katie sees a vision where her designs are being strutted on the runway. Brooke is watching, then a dress starts to come apart while the model is still on the catwalk!

The next model has to pull up the top of her dress to avoid a nip slip. Laughter erupts from the crowd. Brooke starts chuckling with delight.

More fashion mistakes happen on the runway, complete with cartoonish sound effects. Brooke is cackling, and the crowd can be heard laughing as more fashion disasters happen.

Katie is brought back to the present day. She seems to be having a panic attack. Bill enters and notices that something is wrong.

The brunette explains her “vision.” It was a disaster and a nightmare! Katie even brings up Brooke and the laughing crowd.

Bill tries to reassure his wife. Katie says that Brooke was taking pleasure in her downfall. Bill tries to reason with her and pump Katie up again.

Bill says that Brooke is scared that Katie is going to outshine her. Brooke doesn’t control Katie and can’t predict the future.

Bill knows it’s going to be a success, and it’s going to be because of Katie! The brunette passionately kisses him.

Carter Walton’s Bad News

At Forrester Creations, Brooke tells Ridge about her argument with Katie. The blonde says it felt awful. Ridge says she didn’t deserve it.

The blonde adds that Ridge didn’t deserve Bill’s attacks. They debate about why Bill came to FC in the first place.

Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) interrupts. The COO checked every angle, and there is nothing they can do. Carter admits he was wrong about accusing Bill of manipulating the system.

Everything was done by the book. Carter repeats that there is nothing they can do. Maybe Brooke got through to Katie, the COO asks?

Brooke says that her confrontation with Katie made things even worse. The blonde explains the look on Katie’s face. Carter reasons she will get through this; it’s just another bump in the road. He has a meeting to get to and leaves.

Ridge assures his wife that Katie is her sister, and she’ll always be there. Brooke doesn’t seem too sure about that. Ridge doesn’t think Katie’s company will succeed.

Ridge says it’s not good that Katie is stealing from people. The blonde brings up that Katie brought up ancient history. Ridge thinks Katie is going to get humbled, then she will make things right with Brooke.

Dylan’s Gratitude

At the beachhouse, Dylan is outside staring at Will and Electra, who are kissing inside. Dylan opens the door and apologizes for interrupting.

The walk was refreshing, and Dylan is all smiles. The girl has grabbed most of her things from the car. Will is going to show her to her room. The art student keeps gushing about how grateful she is to her friends.

Dylan is really happy that Electra found an amazing guy like Will. The young man warns that the room above the garage is small.

Dylan says it would be a mansion compared to her car. Electra wants to know how long Dylan has been living in her car. Dylan just says, “a while.” Now she has a place to call home again. Will smiles.

Will and Electra show Dylan to her room. Wow, it’s super nice! It even includes a bathroom and kitchen. Will says it’s super private, and she won’t be able to hear him.

Will and Electra chuckle as Dylan gushes over the comfortable bed. Dylan will never take things for granted again, including clean sheets.

Electra Forrester’s Confrontation

Will is going surfing, leaving Electra and Dylan in the room. Dylan hugs Will again as Electra seems uncomfortable.

After Will leaves, Dylan gushes about her new place. Electra isn’t too chatty and seems awkward. Dylan keeps going on and on about Will.

Electra brings up that they are there to help her get on her feet. Maybe she’ll be there a few days, maybe a week. Oh wow, that’s a big hint, good girl, Electra!

The jewelry designer wants to be sure that her friend is looking for work. Dylan says she is. Electra says Dylan is really talented.

She’ll find work and be able to get her own place soon. Electra looks really nervous and warns that even the kindest guests have limits. Dylan says she totally understands and has been sending her resume all over the place.

Electra says all Will wants is her respect. “So, respect him and respect the fact that he is my boyfriend.” Dylan looks confused.

The art student knows that Will is Electra’s boyfriend. Electra brings up that Dylan keeps saying she wants to repay Will.

Dylan is shocked that her friend would even think something like that! That’s why she didn’t want to accept in the first place.

Electra says that Dylan is her friend. Part of friendship is being upfront and direct. Dylan likes that about her. They share a reassuring hug.

Electra leaves Dylan alone in the room. The art student looks out the window at the beach, then notices Will. She stares for a few moments, then shuts the drapes. After another moment, she opens them again to get another look at shirtless Will.
