‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Recap Friday, January 31: Poppy’s 180, Finn’s DNA Test, Daphne’s Chest Rub

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Friday, January 31, 2025, are here! In today’s episode, Penelope “Poppy” Nozawa (Romy Park) decides to tell Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada) the truth.

John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) runs a paternity test. Plus, Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) rubs Carter Walton’s (Lawrence Saint-Victor) chest. (Make sure to check out our next week B&B spoilers, here!)

The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – John Finnegan’s DNA Test

B&B recap reveals that Poppy continues insisting to Finn that he is not Luna’s father. Poppy says she really wanted Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) to be Luna’s real dad.

Poppy was falling more for Bill each day. Poppy brings up that the three of them were living like a little family.

Part of Poppy believed that Luna’s father must have been Tom Starr (Clint Howard). Poppy is a little shocked that Tom turned out not to be Luna’s bio dad.

April (Jamison Belushi) the lab technician brings in Luna’s DNA sample and a paternity test. Finn needs answers.

B&B Spoilers – Bill Spencer’s Confession

Bill tells Luna that if Tom isn’t her real father, then she might never know his identity. Bill reasons that Luna might be better off.

Luna feels less alone now. Luna doesn’t think she’ll ever get over not knowing who her father is. Bill explains that they both committed unspeakable crimes due to their trauma.

Bill wants to share a secret with Luna. Bill has never told anyone this, not even Katie Logan (Heather Tom). Bill says his mother would never talk about his father.

It was just man after man, and none of his needs were met. Bill felt as a child that he didn’t even exist. Bill says that the feeling doesn’t just disappear… it’s still part of him as an adult.

Bill wages war with the child inside of him, that’s why he feels so bonded with Luna. Bill wants to give Luna a second chance. 

Bill explains that they need to heal. Luna wonders why they need to do all the work when others made them that way.

Bill reminds Luna that they need to take responsibility for the things they have done. Luna wishes Bill were her dad and sobs into his chest.

The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – Ridge Forrester’s Warning

The Bold and the Beautiful recap reveals that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) warns Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) not to get smug.

Steffy denies it’s smugness, but she’s pleased. Steffy can still smell Daphne. Steffy is confident that Daphne is a master of seducing men.

Ridge wonders if Carter will sniff out this scheme. Steffy wants to end Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and this coup.

The Bold and the Beautiful Recap: Friday, January 31, 2025

At Forrester Creations, Carter and Hope are enthralled with Daphne’s new scent. Hope gushes about Daphne as Carter gawks. Hope goes off to attend to other business.

Carter tells Daphne how excited they are to have her on board. Daphne starts sniffing Carter and touches his chest. Daphne brags about how men and women all over the globe want her. Daphne tells Carter that he has her. 

Steffy and Hope glance at Zende Forrester Finnegan’s (Delon de Metz) latest designs. Steffy and Hope soon start debating and bickering.

Poppy goes to the prison, determined to tell Luna the truth about her father. The warden arrives and tells Poppy that Luna isn’t there
