‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Friday, July 31: Disaster Prediction, Will’s Desperation, Li’s Stunning Discovery

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Friday, July 31, 2026. In today’s episode, Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) makes a grim prediction. Meanwhile, Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) tries to explain.

Electra Forrester’s Confrontation

Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) thinks it’s disgusting how Will slept with Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) on the couch. Will explains nothing happened. The lady mentions that Will brought another girl into his home mere days after they broke up.

Will admits he’s a mess. Electra thought he loved her. Will says she’s the one who keeps walking out on him! More than once! 

Electra said they aren’t ever getting back together, so what is he supposed to do? Well, the guy does have a point. Electra thinks Will allowed himself to be seduced.

Oh, brother. Electra slapped Dylan. Ooooh, you’re a badass now. Electra is appalled. Will says he can’t handle all her walk-outs on him. She keeps throwing away their life. 

Electra plays the victim some more. Will reminds her that she is the one who chose to walk away. Is she ready to come back to him now? 

RJ Forrester’s Discovery

At work, Dylan updates RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti). Not totally, but hints that the Forresters and Spencers don’t mix.

Dylan says she was there for Will last night. RJ wants her to elaborate. Dylan says Will is so sensitive. They took care of each other.

They didn’t go all the way, but Electra is still devastated. 

John Finnegan’s Crazy Suggestion

At home, Steffy tells John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) about Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) getting on her knees to beg.

It can’t happen. Steffy doesn’t want to have to worry about her family when she goes to Monaco. Steffy says Sheila can never have a place in their lives.

Finn isn’t allowed to believe it either, she barks.  Finn suggests they placate Sheila by giving her extremely supervised visits.

Steffy freaks out and says no! Finn says it would be safer. Steffy still says no! Steffy orders her hunky husband to control his feelings.

Finn needs to tell Sheila that it will never happen. Steffy says something terrible is going to happen because of Sheila. She can feel it in her bones. Finn will take care of it. 

Li Finnegan’s Revelation

At the hospital, Sheila and Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) talk. Sheila wishes she could see Hayes Forrester Finnegan (Bryan David Garlick).

Sheila wants Li to help her with that. Sitting in the doctor’s chair, Sheila declares her life has been destroyed. She needs her family.

Li says Steffy owes her nothing. What is she supposed to do, Sheila whines. Sheila wants what Li has: a family. Sheila begs for her help.

Li would if she could, but Steffy will never change her mind about this. Sheila begs for just one more chance.
