The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s Dismay
B&B recap for Friday, October 18 reveals that SINN kiss at Forrester Creations. Steffy is stressed and tense. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) wants to know what’s going on.
Steffy says dismally, “Hope For the Future lives to see another day.” Brooke is gushing to Carter about how he saved the day when Hope comes in.
Carter believes in everything he told Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy at the meeting about Hope.

B&B Recap – Spencers Catch Up
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) suggests Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) has a wise son in Will Spencer (Crew Morrow). Bill says of course, I raised him.
Bill wants to talk about Liam missing Hope. Bill thought Liam had moved on. Liam thought so too, but Will made him realize the truth. Bill wants details about Will’s romantic advice.
Finn and Steffy sit down at the conference table. Finn says Carter sounds confident. Steffy says she and Ridge have their doubts. Finn reasons that Carter is the numbers and details guy.
Finn assumes Carter has a plan on how it’s going to play out. Steffy tells Finn that Carter wants the company to throw its resources toward Hope’s line.
This catches Finn off guard. SINN wonders why Carter is suddenly so interested in Hope For the Future.
Brooke stops by Il Giardino to see Deacon. Brooke is there alone and Deacon tells her that Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) has the day off. Brooke wants to talk to Deacon about Hope.

The Bold and the Beautiful recap reveals that Carter and Hope are alone in the office. Hope gushes about Carter’s passionate advocacy.
Carter calls Hope For the Future a “legacy label.” Carter suggests they celebrate at his place.
Steffy tells Finn that Carter is loyal, committed, and a straight shooter. Steffy says Carter doesn’t make rash or emotional decisions.
Finn thinks that Carter must have a lot of faith in Hope’s line to make a risky pitch like that. Steffy mentions that Carter called Hope a “beacon of light,” and that isn’t like him.
Finn asks if Steffy thinks Carter is wrong. Steffy says that something just seems off, especially since Hope’s line is underperforming.
Deacon tells Brooke that things will turn around for Hope. Brooke then mentions Carter saving Hope.
Will tells Bill about Liam’s failed flirting with the Forrester Creations models. Liam says he was trying to have a conversation, not flirt. Liam says that he wants his family back.
Liam tells them about the failed reunion request. Liam also says he’s not giving up.
Carter has candles lit everywhere as well as the fireplace going. Hope likes the vibe of the place. Hope seems nervous and is still carrying her purse.
Hope is kinda gripping onto it, too. Carter tells a smiling Hope that he can’t stop thinking about her.
Steffy tells Finn that Carter came to Hope’s rescue big time. Steffy doesn’t understand but she trusts Carter’s judgment. Finn assures Steffy it will make sense in time.
Bill leaves Will and Liam alone. Will wants details. Liam just says he has to be patient. Will suggests actions speak louder than words.
Liam needs to prove to Hope that she is the only woman for him.
Deacon never predicted Carter would save Hope’s line. Brooke brings up Steffy’s displeasure.

Hope says it is “very sweet” of Carter to do “all this,” referencing the candles. Hope’s phone goes off. It’s Liam wanting to know about what time to bring Beth back.
Hope replies, then admits to Carter that Liam wanted to reunite. Hope explains that she can’t see herself going back to Liam now.
Hope tells Carter she would rather see Beth view her parents being happy separately rather than unhappy together. Hope apologizes for oversharing.
Carter reassures Hope of her parenting skills. Carter thinks it would be a huge mistake for LOPE to reunite. Carter doesn’t want Hope to miss an opportunity…
Finn gets ready to go. Finn has a patient to check up on. They smooch and laugh.
Deacon tells Brooke to inform Carter he has a few pizzas on the house. Brooke and Deacon think that Carter is just the support Hope needs right now.
Will and Liam continue talking about LOPE history. Will suggests Liam fight for Hope before another guy gets Hope first.
Hope credits Carter with “saving my life.” Carter gushes about Hope being inspirational. This is the stuff that made Hope fall for Thomas and then Finn, too.
Carter remembers how beautiful Hope looked in Rome. Now it’s Hope’s turn to gush about Carter being so non-judgmental and supportive.
They inch closer ever so closely, then Carter puts Hope’s hand on his heart. They madly make out and start ripping each other’s clothes off.
Hope suddenly stops and tells Carter they shouldn’t. Well, why not, Hope? That answer will come next week, so stay tuned!
