Carter stares at Daphne Rose Walton’s (Murielle Hilaire) ring. They pour drinks and talk. Finn makes Steffy feel like a nag when she’s dealing with a monstrous killer.
Finn even tried to get her to agree to allow Sheila visitation. She has no faith in Finn anymore.
Meeting in Monaco was magical, but then she saw Sheila’s toes on the beach. It was clear Finn can’t protect her from Sheila, so she left him.
Steffy suddenly notices Carter is sad and sniffling. Daphne left him and went back to Paris. It’s over.
It’s all because they can’t have children. She might love him, but not enough to stay. She just walked out after he gave her his soul.

At the hotel, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) lectures Finn. Finn explains it was too late to get Sheila off the plane.
Ridge says he’s making excuses. Ridge says the only person who Finn helped was Sheila. (Writer’s Note: Oh, get off your high horse, Waffle King).
Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) reschedules Steffy’s meetings. Ridge continues bashing Finn. The doctor says he will remember the look on Steffy’s face forever.
BRIDGE can’t believe Finn allowed Sheila to speak to Steffy! What was he thinking?! Finn shows them the wedding rings. Steffy left him.
Ridge says this is really bad. Finn wants to find his wife and make things right. Finn assumes she must have gone back to L.A. Ridge lectures Finn and tells him to do better.
