‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Monday, February 23: Mail Theft, Vicious Threat, Eric’s Decision

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Monday, February 23, 2026. In today’s episode, someone steals a letter meant for someone else. There is a vicious threat. Plus, Eric Forrester (John McCook) makes a decision.

Ridge Begs For Forgiveness

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) asks for his father’s forgiveness. Eric wants respect! Ridge can’t stand by and watch his father die. Eric insists he wants to LIVE.

Ridge thinks it’s more important for his father to be there for the family. Eric says Ridge has hurt him deeply. Ridge apologizes, but Eric will make his own decisions about his life. 

Eric doesn’t regret working for Logan. The man needs to work. It felt like Ridge didn’t need or want him around anymore. Eric is standing up for all old people everywhere! Ridge just doesn’t want to find his dad dead. Eric is more afraid of living without purpose. Ridge asks if he’ll come back to Forrester Creations. 

Eric continues ranting about how old people are treated nowadays. Ridge is confused. Eric needs to say this! Eric wants to die at his desk. Ridge finally understands and accepts it. Eric agrees to come back to FC.

Brooke Makes a Shocking Accusation

Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) are still arguing. The blonde says Katie just used Eric and doesn’t really care about him. Katie is appalled!

Katie mentions that they are the ones who threw Eric away. Katie believes in him! Brooke comments that “nobody important” knows Katie. The blonde adds that her sister stole her name to create a “wannabe Forrester line.” 

Katie admits that if she hurts Eric, it will be on her. How could BRIDGE just discard Eric like that, though? Can Brooke admit she was wrong? 

At Forrester Creations, Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer) spies as Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) tries to get Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) back.

Electra says they can’t be together if Dylan (Sydney Bullock) is still at the beach house. Will asks if she wants him to kick the girl out back on the streets.

Electra reasons Dylan must have other friends. They need to prioritize their relationship. Is Will going to choose her, or Dylan?

Will doesn’t know how to answer that, so Electra marches off. 

In another office, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) are making out. Will interrupts.

They can see he’s upset. Will says he and Electra hit a rough patch. Carter tries to encourage Will not to give up.

Ivy follows Electra to the design office. Electra is crying. Ivy says there is no reason for Electra to trust Dylan. Electra decides to write Will a letter. Ivy is confused.

Electra explains that they can’t hear each other when they talk, but she could get through to him in a letter. Ivy doesn’t see the point. Will has been improper! 

Electra writes the letter and then asks Will to meet her in the showroom. When Electra steps out, Ivy grabs the letter and puts it in her purse. Daphne just happens to watch from a doorway.
