‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Recap Monday, January 5: Investor Pitch, Katie’s Solution, Ridge Whinesd

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Monday, January 5, 2026. In today’s episode, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) talks to Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) about an investment.

Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) comes up with a hiring solution. Plus, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) continues to whine. 

Steffy Forrester Finnegan Fumes

Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) trots into Forrester Creations. The brunette is just as angry as the others. The co-CEO immediately blames Bill. (Make sure to check out our WEEKLY B&B spoilers, here!)

Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) says she doesn’t even recognize her sister anymore. Steffy sits at the conference room table with Ridge, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor), and Brooke. 

Steffy says running a fashion house is a huge undertaking. Brooke reminds everyone that Katie ran FC before. With Katie now gone, they need to make some decisions.

Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) is already gone. Ridge mentions that Katie has no idea what she is getting involved in. The man declares that Katie has no employees, no designs, no plan. Carter thinks that Bill will get bored eventually. 

Ridge claims the fashion world hates Bill. The man isn’t an artist, and neither is Katie, Ridge announces!

Katie Logan Spencer’s Solution

At the restaurant, Deacon thanks Deke for helping out. Bill and Katie enter, so Deacon shows them to a table. BATIE talks about the venture.

Bill tells her not to let doubt get into her head. First, Katie needs a fashion line and a designer. The brunette says she wasn’t someone young and fresh. Suddenly, Katie sees Deke and gets an idea. 

Meanwhile, Deacon and Deke discuss pizza. Fashion is still Deke’s thing, though. The topic turns to the firing and Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) instability. 

Katie summons Deke over and tells Bill to get lost.

Deke comes over and sits down at the table. Katie tells Deke he is talented and he could still make his dreams come true.

Katie mentions her new fashion house. Deke believes in her, and she feels the same about him. Can they make each other’s dreams come true?

Deacon Sharpe’s Investor Pitch

Bill sits at the bar and chats with Deacon. They talk about weddings and being related now. They discuss Brooke a bit. Then, Deacon talks about expanding the restaurant. The man is thinking about expanding Il Giardino to include frozen pizzas. The restaurant owner talks about his plan, but admits he needs investors. 

Bill is impressed by what he has heard so far. Could Bill and Deacon end up making a deal?!
