The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, July 29, 2024, is here! On today’s episode, Ridge “RJ” Forrester, Jr. (Joshua Hoffman) tells Katie Logan (Heather Tom) about the mints. Katie is convinced Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is in grave danger.

The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – Poppy Nozawa’s Warning

B&B recap for Monday, July 29 reveals that in the Spencer mansion, Penelope “Poppy” Nozawa (Romy Park) and Katie are bickering.

Poppy warns Katie to stop with “these ridiculous accusations.” Katie bites back and asks Poppy what she’s gonna do about it.

Katie adds that she is a human lie detector and Poppy is giving off all the wrong signals. Katie says it’s no coincidence that Poppy knew both dead men, Tom Starr (Clint Howard) and Paul “Hollis” Hollister (Hollis W. Chambers). 

At Il Giardino, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) continues talking about the overdoses with Justin Barber (Aaron D. Spears) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont).

Deacon thinks Tom and Hollis were murdered. Deacon worries that the killer could strike again. Even more than that, Deacon is desperate to find out how and why his friends really died.

The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – B&B Recap – Brooke’s Bedroom

On Monday, July 29, Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) hugs Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) as the Brooke’s Bedroom photo shoot begins. Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is watching from afar and smiling slightly.

In another corner, John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) rubs Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) arms as if he’s consoling her.

Zende Forrester Dominguez (Delon de Metz) walks in. Zende mentions having technical difficulties. I guess Zende is going to be the photographer for Brooke. 

Hope talks to Brooke about Steffy going to Monte Carlo. Hope doesn’t see how BRIDGE will have a romantic getaway with Steffy tagging along. Brooke doesn’t disagree.

Brooke comes out in a skimpy white number. Zende suggests they start with Brooke on the bed. Hope stands next to the bed, watching with delight and glee.

Steffy looks nauseous. Several scenes follow of Brooke in various poses on the bed wearing different lingerie pieces. 

Deacon tells Justin that when he finds out who is responsible for Hollis and Tom’s deaths, he is going to make them pay. Justin looks kinda shifty.

Katie calls Poppy a manipulative murderer who is desperate to hang onto a rich, older man. Yep, you can definitely tell Katie’s been hanging around Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda)!

At the same time, Poppy does have a guilty look on her face. Just when Katie rants about murder, Luna walks in. Awkward for Poppy, perfect timing for Katie.

Luna thinks it’s a misunderstanding. Poppy vents about Katie barging in uninvited and accusing her of murder. Katie nervously looks at Luna. 

Luna tells Katie that Poppy is a gentle soul. Luna tells Katie that to barge in there and accuse Poppy of murder is “inappropriate.”

Well, that’s one word, a much tamer one than I would use! Luna tells Katie to leave. Katie does, but vows to get to the truth.

Brooke is still on the bed, but is wearing black this time. Hope is grinning while watching. Steffy walks over to tell Ridge that now they can change their mind about the face of Brooke’s Bedroom.

Ridge dismisses Steffy’s blast. Not getting a reaction from Ridge, Steffy struts over to start drama with Hope. Soon, the two bicker about Ridge and Brooke going to Monte Carlo. 

Justin Barber’s Reconnection

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Monday, July 29 reveals that Justin finally has his take-out. Justin and Bill take a few moments to talk about Deacon.

Even though Bill was hard on the restaurant owner, he tells Justin that if he were Deacon, he’d be worried too. Justin is glad that Poppy and Luna make Bill so happy. 

RJ comes to Katie’s office. Katie asks RJ about Poppy. Katie wants to know everything. 

Poppy tells Luna that if Katie were smart, she’d drop it and never mention it again. Luna and Poppy hug as Bill enters. 

RJ tells Katie that Poppy and Luna still have the apartment. RJ says they haven’t fully moved into Bill’s mansion. Katie has concerns about Poppy and wants information from RJ.

As Zende continues clicking the camera, Ridge calls Steffy over. Ridge tells Steffy not to be late to the plane. Steffy uses the opening to take another jab at Brooke. Steffy saunters away before Ridge can respond.

While Steffy goes back to Finn’s muscular arms, Hope watches from behind a curtain. Hope’s eyes flutter into fantasy mode. The fantasy isn’t played out on-screen, but Brooke knows what Hope’s face means!

Brooke worriedly looks to where Hope’s gaze is falling… and it’s on Finn! Meanwhile, Finn seems to grip tighter to Steffy’s shoulder, as if he’s sending a message to Hope. Brooke is so distracted by Hope that Zende has to get her attention. 

Zende finally runs out of film and says that’s a wrap. Everyone cheers and claps except for Steffy. Even Finn quietly claps after Steffy’s head turns in the other direction. Ridge and Brooke kiss. Brooke goes to get changed as Zende shows the pictures to Ridge.

Meanwhile, Brooke lectures Hope about Finn. Brooke is pissed. Brooke firmly tells Hope to knock it off. It’s becoming obvious that Hope is drooling over Steffy’s husband. Hope defends herself and says it’s innocent and Brooke has no reason to worry.

Bill asks what he walked in on. Luna and Poppy cover by saying they were just bonding. Poppy loves being part of a family and never wants to lose it. Bill assures her they never will. 

RJ doesn’t want to tell Katie about the drugging. RJ admits it was really bad, but they are okay now. Katie urges RJ to spill for her child’s sake… he tells Katie about Poppy drugging Luna.

Katie is horrified that Bill moved a drug addict in the house. Katie is reeling and wonders if the mints are the same drugs as in the two dead victims. Katie is convinced Bill is in grave danger.
