‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Monday, March 30: Deacon Jumps, Pizza Mistake, Sheila Suspects

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Monday, March 30, 2026. In today’s episode, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) jumps out of a window. However, the pizza box gave Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) a huge clue.

Friendly Invasion

Sheila kicks the door down as she hears moaning. Looking at the woman holding a knife, Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) asks if she’s going to kill her.

Sheila puts the knife down when she just sees Taylor. Sheila wants to know if there was a man taking advantage of her.

Covering the sheet over her bare body, Taylor says she’s alone and fine. Sheila thinks she’s in shock from being assaulted. 

Sheila sees the candles. Sheila realizes Taylor was alone with… herself. Sheila is amazed how Taylor goes all out for “me time.” Sheila has some audiobooks, she shouldn’t be ashamed. Taylor says that’s nice, but she needs to go. 

Explanations & Excuses

Once Sheila’s back is turned, Taylor quickly shoves Deacon’s clothes under the bed. Putting a robe on, she says this is inappropriate. Well, so is sleeping with the guy’s wife, Taylor.

They walk downstairs and Sheila comments she was just trying to protect Taylor. The psychologist says Steffy would have called the cops. She needs to leave now. Sheila sees the pizza box and slowly leaves. 

Deacon is hiding in some bushes without any clothes. Talk about Jungle Fever. The man has pants, so he puts them on.

Deke Sharpe’s Wish

Over at Hope Logan Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) place, she chats with Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone) about Deacon. They hope that everything is okay.

It’s weird to be glad that their father is cheating on his wife. Deke thinks this is exactly what Deacon needs. 

Hope calls Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) to pick up food. Hope and Deke talk about the possibility of Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) giving him a call soon.

Hope gushes that Logan would be a fool not to take Deke. The young man appreciates her support. They send happy vibes to their dad.

Covering Crimes

Deacon runs into his apartment. The man calls Hope and reminds her about covering for him. Deacon hopes that Sheila didn’t see him as he jumped out the window. 

Taylor calls. Everything is okay and explains what happened. Deacon wishes he hadn’t left. Taylor reasoned it was the right thing to do. If Sheila caught them, they would be dead. 

Sheila Carter Sharpe Suspects

Sheila is sniffing Deacon’s clothes. Taylor worries what will happen once Sheila returns home.

At Il Giardino, Sheila asks an employee if he’s seen Deacon. The man has not seen him. Sheila goes up to the apartment and finds Deacon asleep on the couch. Deacon let out a loud fake snore.
