The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Monday, October 28: Thomas Makes A Promise To Douglas – Ridge Kisses Shauna

The Monday, October 28, 2019, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful opens at nightfall with four generations of Forrester men moving in with Eric Forrester (John McCook). Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) gives them a rallying speech—they have to work together to heal their family.

He promises to be there always for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri). Thomas promises his son that he’ll be the father Douglas needs him to be. No one will come between the Forresters again. Douglas says that he wants to go home with Mommy Hope (Annika Noelle).

Eric wonders what affect the Logans’ proposed adoption of Douglas will have on Ridge’s marriage. Eric is shocked when Ridge shows him the wedding ring that Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) took off. Eric urges his son to return the ring to Brooke and work things out. Eric’s son can stay as long as he wants, but Ridge’s home is with Brooke. Eric takes the alcohol away from Ridge and tells his son not to give up.

Ridge rebuffs his father’s advice and takes off his ring, much to Eric’s dismay. He accuses Brooke of disrespecting him by calling Thomas abusive and dangerous. Brooke is obsessed with her vendetta against Thomas. All he asked her for was a little time to get Thomas and his family back on track, but Brooke saw it as a betrayal.

What scares Ridge is that Brooke looks at Thomas the same way that his mother used to look at Brooke. Eric reminds Ridge of Brooke’s concerns over Thomas’ behavior. Ridge wonders what happened to the kind, forgiving woman he once knew. Ridge won’t abandon his boys, even for the love of his life.

Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) can’t believe that Brooke returned her ring to Ridge. Brooke won’t wear it if Ridge can’t be loyal to her. Ridge made his choice: he chose his son over Brooke. Until Ridge can see that Thomas is not fit to be a parent, there’s no moving forward.

Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Donna Logan Gives Her Sister Some Advice

She’s angry that Ridge severed the bond between Hope and Douglas. Donna pleads with her to talk to Ridge and remember that he still loves her. Brooke still loves her husband too and hopes that they’ll move past the rift.

Ridge goes to Eric’s guest house to get some sleep and runs into Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards). Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) had invited her to stay. Shauna sees that Ridge isn’t wearing his ring and asks if his marriage is over. Ridge doesn’t answer but kisses Shauna instead.
