The Friday, September 18, 2020, The Bold & the Beautiful opens at Spencer Publications where the brother’s Spencer is bickering. Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) bristles when Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) critiques his work. Wyatt wants to know what’s really going on with Liam. Liam is worried about Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) doctor and his objectivity toward his patient.
Wyatt warns Liam to tread lightly. He’ll be walking into a minefield when he visits Steffy, especially given how her father and Thomas reacted to Liam’s concerns about Dr. John Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). Wyatt says Dr. McHandsome won’t treat Steffy worse if he has feelings for her. Liam says part of being a good doctor is telling patients things they don’t want to hear. Wyatt encourages his brother not to blame himself for the choice he made between Hope and Steffy.
The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Steffy Forrester And John Finnegan Can’t Deny Attraction
Steffy and Finn can’t deny their attraction to each other. Finn admits he’s been imagining kissing her. He’s still hesitant to continue on as her doctor now that they’re in a relationship. She says she would rather ask him for another kiss than more pain medication.
Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) barges in on Finn and Steffy and suspects there’s something going on between them. Hope notices that Steffy seems like her old self again. Steffy’s feeling more optimistic. When Hope offers to keep Kelly longer, Steffy shuts her down. Kelly is home where she belongs. Steffy dismisses a nosy Hope.
Steffy admits she’s still trying to get over Liam leaving her for Hope. Finn says that the more time she gives herself to heal emotionally and physically, the more complete and lasting her recovery will be.
B&B Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Surprised
Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) rolls through Steffy’s revolving door and is surprised to see Finn paying another housecall. Finn tells Thomas he believes Steffy will make a full recovery. Thomas picks up on the sparks between doctor and patient. He’s hopeful that Steffy will take down the picture of her and Liam and replace it with someone new. Thomas says Liam is concerned Finn has the hots for Steffy. Steffy asks her brother to leave before he ruins her mood.
Hope runs to Liam’s office with gossip. Hope is excited that Steffy has a new man in her life. Steffy’s finally moving on and her attitude has changed for the better. Liam is worried about the safety of Steffy and her daughter. Steffy and her doctor should only be focusing on her recovery. Hope suspects Liam is jealous. When Liam heads over to see Steffy, Hope tells Wyatt that Steffy won’t appreciate Liam’s concerns about her doctor. Wyatt says his brother is protective and takes things into his own hands.

When everyone is gone, Steffy daydreams about kissing Finn. When she looks at the picture of her and Liam, she has a spasm of pain. She digs out the pills Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) sent and downs one. When Liam arrives, he finds Steffy passed out on the couch. He freaks when Steffy won’t wake up.

Wow! I hope that Steffy gets to the hospital really fast so that she can recover from those pills from Vinny. I didn't think that she would take those pills. She must have been in some pain. I'm glad Liam found her.
