The Bold and the Beautiful Recap & Spoilers Monday August 24: Ridge Spies On Brooke And Ridge, Carter Takes Zoe’s Breath Away

The Monday, August 24, 2020, The Bold & the Beautiful opens with Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) professing her undying love for Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). They won’t let anyone or anything come between them ever again. Ridge is relieved that she forgave him for letting his anger get the best of him. She assures him that he can put Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) out of his mind because Bill is out of hers.

Ridge promises that Bill won’t take another moment away from them. Ridge is devoted to Brooke and their future. Brooke suspects Shauna will fight the annulment. She’s extremely suspicious of a wedding that Ridge has no memory of.

At Spencer Publications, Bill seethes over the news that Ridge has married another woman and expects Brooke to forgive him. Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) pushes his buttons, prodding him to put a stop to a Brooke/Ridge reunion. Bill can get Brooke back if he goes to her and tells her how he feels. At first, Bill doesn’t take the bait because he has a family with Katie Logan (Heather Tom).

The Bold And The beautiful Spoilers – Katie Logan Is No Brooke Logan

Quinn says that Katie is no Brooke and she will never take Bill back after what he did. He will regret it if he doesn’t take a chance with Brooke. The kiss proves that Bill is a lightning rod in Brooke and Ridge’s relationship. Bill realizes that, if Ridge returns to Brooke, Quinn’s buddy, Showgirl Shauna, is left out in the cold. Quinn says that, if Bill makes his move now, he and Quinn will both get what they want. Hearing Quinn’s call to action, Bill makes a beeline for Brooke.

Eric Forrester (John McCook) finds Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) alone in the Forrester home. He apologizes for his harsh advice about Brooke and Ridge’s relationship. When Ridge filed for divorce, he didn’t know what he was doing.

Shauna is gracious. She understands that Eric was only defending Brooke because they go way back. Eric says that Quinn is the same way with Shauna—there’s nothing she wouldn’t do for her best friend. Quinn is fiercely protective of the people she cares about.

B&B Spoilers – Zoe Buckingham And Carter Walton

Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) can’t look away when she finds a shirtless Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) in Ridge’s office at Forrester Creations. She takes a gander at his six-pack and decides to sit and chat a while. Carter says that he’s had his eye on her too.

He wonders how she’s doing after the fallout with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). She says that work has helped her rebound from the disastrous wedding that wasn’t. She’s embarrassed that she trusted in Thomas. Thomas is taking responsibility for his actions and trying to make amends, but she can never trust him again after he hurt her.

Carter professes to be the guy who can truly appreciate Zoe and treat her as she deserves. He promises that he won’t push, but he’ll be there when she’s ready to move on. Zoe is intrigued by his offer of dinner. She’s grateful for his constant concern for her.

Quinn returns home, triumphant. She tells Shauna that she put something in motion that could end Brooke and Ridge forever. After she filled Bill in on Ridge’s new wife, Bill left his office like there was a jetpack strapped to his back. Brooke’s devoted stallion galloped off to her rescue.

Shauna doubts Bill is the romantic type. Quinn says Bill is addicted to Brooke and won’t give up a chance to reunite with her. Quinn forced Bill to be honest with himself. Will Bill’s interference be enough to keep Brooke and Ridge apart?

The Bold And The beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Leaves

When Ridge leaves, Brooke goes to make herself some tea. When he returns, he can’t find her, so he heads upstairs to her bedroom to leave her a rose and a note. In the meantime, Bill barges in. He hopes Brooke can finally see Ridge for the loser he really is. He questions Ridge’s commitment to Brooke. He got angry and drunk and threw their marriage in the garbage. Now she can move on with a man who will always appreciate her. Brooke defends Ridge.

Ridge overhears Bill make a play for Brooke. He hasn’t been able to stop thinking about their passionate kiss in the cabin—it reawakened his repressed feelings for her. Bill admits that he loves Brooke. Brooke says that a part of her will always love him for the rest of her life. Ridge runs away in shock before Brooke adds the disclaimer that Ridge is the only man she wants to spend the rest of her life with.
