The Bold And The Beautiful Recap Thursday December 12: Thomas Ups His Charm- Hope And Steffy Compete

The Thursday, December 12, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful opens with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) getting sympathy from Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood). He will always love Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang), but he can’t be married to her anymore because she can’t get past what Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) did. Steffy is sorry that Thomas’ obsession with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) ruined Ridge’s marriage.

Steffy still can’t forgive Thomas either. She’s surprised when Ridge tells her Thomas’ idea about a fashion showdown pitting her line against Hope for the Future. She wants to believe he’s reformed, but fears that Thomas’ ulterior motive for suggesting a showdown is driving a wedge between Hope and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton).

Liam isn’t buying the new-and-improved Thomas either. He worries that Thomas is getting to Hope. Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) is stunned that Hope would agree to work with Thomas again. Wyatt reasons that Hope really doesn’t want to spend more time with Thomas, but that Thomas is manipulating her into thinking she needs to. Liam vows that won’t happen.

B&B Spoilers– Thomas Forrester Ups His Charm

Thomas pesters Hope to return to Forrester Creations. Helping her with her line would help him to redeem himself in her eyes. Hope refuses to work with Thomas and draws the line: the extent of their relationship will be about raising Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) together. She can’t forget what he did to her and her daughter and working with him would be unbearable. He warns her that she’s sabotaging years of work and the future of her line is at stake without his expertise.

Ridge urges Steffy to work on a line together with Thomas. Steffy isn’t sure if she and Thomas can ever get back to the relationship they once had.

Wyatt tells Liam about Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) calling him Liam’s name. Liam defends Sally’s slip-of-the-tongue as accidental, not Freudian. Wyatt refuses to chase after another woman who would rather be with his brother. Wyatt is still cautiously engaged, but Sally’s slip-up damaged their relationship.

Bold And Beautiful Spoilers– Hope Logan And Steffy Forrester Compete

Hope tells Ridge and Steffy that she wants to relaunch her line but won’t be working with Thomas as the designer. Steffy tries to convince Hope to drop out of the competition since she doesn’t have a designer. Hope says “Game on.” Her line lost momentum, but it’s still relevant and she plans to make it a success with a new designer.

Thomas tries to regroup after his rejection by Hope. Liam barges in to demand that Thomas back off and stay away from Hope. Thomas promises that he’s no threat to their relationship, he merely wants to work with Hope as a way to make amends and advance his career in couture. Liam believes that Thomas’ actions in faking his death and in offering custody in exchange for sex show that he’s still obsessed with Hope. Thomas protests that he’s trying to be a better person and to make Hope happy. Liam wants to believe Thomas, but he can’t. He will find out what angle Thomas is working and never let Thomas hurt Hope again.
