The Bold and the Beautiful Recap Thursday, December 5: Beth Calls Steffy Mama – Liam Says Thomas Delusional

The Thursday, December 5, episode of The Bold and the Beautiful opens at Forrester Creations where Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) promises Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) that he can see Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) again if his son completes the special assignment they planned on with Pam Douglas (Alley Mills). Douglas is excited when Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) arrives. Douglas tells him how much he misses his mommy.

Liam tells Thomas that he’s on to his tricks. Liam accuses Thomas of manipulating Hope through his cruel hoax. How can Thomas torture a woman who had already gone through months of agony at Thomas’ hands? Thomas is deluding himself if he thinks Hope will forgive him. Thomas professes that he deeply regrets keeping the secret about Beth, but he’s trying to turn his life around. Liam warns Thomas to steer clear of Hope and their little family. Thomas reminds Liam that he and Hope and Douglas are a family now too.

Bold Recap – Beth Calls Steffy Forrester Mama

While Hope is reading to Beth Spencer (Madeline Valdez and River Davidson) at the cabin, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) drops by. Beth calls Steffy “mama”. Steffy hopes that Beth and Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington) can always spend time together. However, Steffy is angry with Hope for covering up Thomas’ “death.” Steffy tells Hope to drop the “Miss Innocent” act and admit she manipulated Thomas’ feelings to get him to sign the custody papers.

Steffy wonders if Hope will ever forgive Thomas for what he did to her. Hope wonders if Steffy can forgive Thomas as well. Steffy doesn’t know if she’ll ever get past having to give up Beth, but she can’t stay angry at Thomas forever.

Liam returns to Spencer Publications, rattled by his conversation with Thomas. Steffy stops by to tell Liam she misses him at Forrester Creations. Liam says that her brother is delusional in his sick obsession with Hope. Hope’s focus is on family right now—she just wants to be home with Beth.

Meanwhile, Hope has left Beth behind and ventured out to see Thomas at Forrester. Thomas initiates his surprise for Hope. He brings in a bevy of models to give her a preview fashion show of his latest designs for Hope for the Future. He wants her to come back to Forrester and Hope for the Future full time. Douglas arrives with a handmade poster of Hope for the Future and begs her to come work with Daddy at Forrester. Hope is torn.
