‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Thursday, February 5: Liam Confronted, Ridge’s Discovery, Deacon’s Kiss

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Thursday, February 5, 2026. In today’s episode, Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is confronted.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) learns about Taylor Hayes’ (Rebecca Budig) forbidden romance. Plus, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) shares a kiss.

John Finnegan’s Assurance

John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) joins Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), who is glaring at the ocean from the beach house. (Make sure to check out our WEEKLY B&B spoilers, here!)

The doctor is sorry about Taylor. Steffy explains giving her mother an ultimatum was one of the hardest things she’s ever done. Finn gets it.

Steffy can’t even think about what Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) will do if she finds out. Maybe she should tell Ridge about this. Ridge could pressure Taylor to end it.

Sheila Carter Sharpe Unaware

At home, Sheila tells Deacon that the chef won’t stop screaming. The man is not paying attention. Sheila wants to know who Deacon is thinking about. Sheila asks if it’s Taylor.

Sheila isn’t surprised since they spend so much time together. Sheila thinks Taylor has been a godsend to both of them. Deacon recalls telling Taylor the “L” word.

Deacon Sharpe’s Kiss

In the office, Taylor recalls Steffy’s threat. Taylor tries to think of what to do. She recalls kissing Deacon. The man suddenly barges in.

Deacon can’t walk away from her gorgeous eyes. Taylor thinks they should be allowed to explore their feelings, but it could ruin her entire family.

Deacon can’t stop thinking about her. He’s already distanced himself emotionally from Sheila. Deacon has never wanted a woman like he wants Taylor. They passionately kiss.

Katie Logan Spencer’s Designer

At Forrester Creations, Ridge talks to Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) about Eric Forrester (John McCook).

Ridge hopes his dad is enjoying retirement. They turn the conversation to Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom). Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) enters and joins the discussion. They all debate on who Katie hired.

Bill Spencer’s Urging

In Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) office, he urges Liam to keep quiet about Eric. Liam doesn’t like keeping secrets from Hope. This could cause serious complications at FC.

Bill is convinced they will make a fortune. The clothes will turn a profit, but the press will be incredible! This will only work if Eric doesn’t get squeamish. They need to keep the intel from everyone for now.

Liam Spencer Confronted

Brooke and Hope are at home talking. Liam appears and Brooke brings up Katie and Eric. Is Eric staying busy? Brooke mentions the man likes to be productive.

Hope asks Liam if he saw Katie. Liam stumbles over his words and plays dumb. Brooke asks if he knows something. Liam says he doesn’t know.

Ridge sends Eric a text. Then, Steffy shows up and says she hasn’t heard from her grandfather either. Steffy says something is wrong with Taylor. Ridge learns that Taylor is hooking up with Deacon.
