The Bold And The Beautiful Recap Thursday, Sept 26: Taylor Thwarts Steffy, Brooke’s Intuition, Katie’s Non-Answer

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, September 26, 2024, is finally here! In today’s episode, Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) tells Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to accept BRIDGE.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s Claim

B&B recap for Thursday, September 26 reveals that Steffy continues claiming she’s not playing matchmaker. Steffy tells Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) it’s just that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Taylor still love each other.

Ridge wants to know what Taylor meant. Taylor says life is a gift and so is their family. Ridge keeps his promise to Steffy and tells Taylor that he’s happy she’s back in L.A.

B&B Spoilers – Donna Logan’s Matchmaking

Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) is trying to set Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) up on a blind date over the phone. Will is politely declining even though he’s sure Donna’s “friend” is a very nice girl. RJ Forrester (Joshua Hoffman) comes in and says it sounds like Donna is trying to set him up.

RJ asks what Will is doing there. Will reminds RJ that Katie works there. Will brings up Lunatic Luna Nozawa (Lisa Yamada). What the heck, Will?!

Bill wants to talk to Katie about their family with Will. Bill wants to reconnect in a more meaningful way. Katie suggests Bill talk to Will. Bill says that he wants to talk to Katie about their future as well as their role as parents. 

Will apologizes, he can tell RJ is still goin through a lot. RJ says that Luna played with a lot of people, himself included. Will is thankful Luna is in prison. RJ says Luna will be there for a long time. 

Katie tries to stop Bill before he continues talking. Bill wants Katie to hear him out. Bill wants Katie to think about the life they could have together as a family.

Steffy and Hope are still going back and forth about their mothers for the umpteenth time this week. Hope wonders why Taylor is really back in town.

Steffy says Taylor would never go after a taken man. Really, Steffy? LOL! Hope asks Steffy to clarify what she means by that. Steffy covers and claims she’s just saying no one has a crystal ball.

 The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – RJ Forrester’s New Rivalry

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Thursday, September 26 reveals that Taylor talks to Ridge about appreciating every moment with her family. Brooke walks in and sees Ridge holding Taylor. It’s not romantic or inappropriate, but it is a sensitive moment. TRIDGE doesn’t see Brooke.

Will explains missing his family and home. RJ and Will debate about working at Forrester Creations versus Spencer Publications. Will says he and RJ might work together. RJ doesn’t seem thrilled.

Bill brings up Penelope “Poppy” Nozawa (Romy Park) and Luna. Katie doesn’t want Bill blaming himself. Katie tells Bill that he tried to do the right thing. Bill pleads with Katie to give Will his family back.

Hope asks Steffy why Taylor chose to return at this specific time. Steffy seems confused. Steffy says it’s to be close to her and the kids. Hope isn’t so sure. Hope also thinks that nothing will come between “BRIDGE.”

Brooke announces herself. Ridge greets Brooke as Taylor nervously excuses herself. Ridge and Brooke try to get Taylor to stay, but she is about to break down. Taylor makes excuses and rushes out of the room. 

Bill tells Katie that she isn’t going to be a rebound. Bill feels that it’s best for everyone that they be a family together. Bill asks Katie to say yes. Will interrupts and wants to know what’s going on. Then, Will guesses that Bill wants Katie back.

Brooke apologizes to Ridge for interrupting. Ridge says he was just catching up with Taylor, then changes the subject to work. Brooke continues to be hopeful about her friendship with Taylor. BRIDGE kiss. Brooke hopes that everything is okay with Taylor.

B&B Recap – Thursday, September 26, 2024

Taylor watches Steffy go through fabric at work. Taylor startles Steffy by closing the door. Taylor gushes about how wonderful Steffy is. Taylor also talks about how great her granddaughter is. Taylor tells Steffy she had a nice talk with Ridge. Steffy gives a look.

Taylor makes it clear it wasn’t THAT kind of talk. Steffy promises she’s not playing matchmaker as Taylor looks sad and worried. Steffy brings up TRIDGE.

Taylor tells Steffy that Ridge is a special man and she married him, and had a family. Taylor admits that she will always love Ridge, but she also seems concerned about Streffy’s fixation.

Bill makes an emotional speech to Will. Bill says Will has character and looks out for his mom. Bill adds that he’s a better man now and would like another chance. Will asks what Katie wants. Katie says, “I’m just so glad you’re home” to Will. Katie isn’t giving a direct answer. 

Brooke hopes Taylor is okay. Ridge is sure she’s fine. Brooke isn’t so sure. Brooke says Taylor wasn’t herself and something was off. Brooke can sense that something is on Taylor’s mind, and it’s something unhappy. 

Taylor stares at a photo of Ridge. Steffy thinks that all the losses have taken a toll on Taylor. Then, Taylor tells Steffy that she’s accepted that Ridge and Brooke are together.

Taylor urges Steffy to accept it, too. Taylor adds that BRIDGE have a long and happy life ahead of them. Steffy seems jarred but also a tad perplexed.
