The Bold And The Beautiful Recap Tues, Nov 19: Carter’s Ultimatum, Brooke’s Press Prediction, Furious Finn, Katie’s Stance

The Bold and the Beautiful recap for Tuesday, November 19, 2024, is finally here! In today’s episode, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) issues an ultimatum.

The Bold And The Beautiful Recap Highlights

Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) makes a prediction. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) gets agitated.

Plus, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) makes it clear that she finds Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) actions unprofessional. 

The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – Katie Logan’s Honesty

B&B recap for Tuesday, November 19 reveals that Steffy sits down at her desk at Forrester Creations. Katie says she’s sent the press release to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle).

Steffy reasons it’s the professional thing to do so Hope isn’t blindsided. Katie hardly calls this professional. Steffy doesn’t like Katie’s tone.

Steffy says what Hope did was unprofessional. Steffy asks Katie to put herself in her shoes. Katie insists it’s a misunderstanding.

Carter says Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Steffy trust him to make sure everything is in order. Carter doesn’t think they’ll read through it, they never do.

Carter can’t believe they are about to take over Forrester Creations. Hope clutches the papers to her chest with a petrified look on her face.

B&B Recap – Brooke Logan’s Plea

Brooke apologizes for intruding on a shirtless Finn at the cliff house. Finn is agitated and says he already knows why Brooke is there. Brooke is confused.

Finn says Ridge was already there. Brooke didn’t know this, what did Ridge want? Finn says to talk about how out of control Hope is.

Ridge and Katie are talking at Forrester Creations. Ridge finishes reading and asks Katie if that’s what she sent Hope. It is. Ridge doesn’t seem pleased as Steffy sits silently at her desk.

Steffy finally chimes in and continues justifying her decision. Ridge wishes none of this ever happened. Steffy asks Ridge about his changing shift on Hope. Steffy asks her father if he’s listening to Brooke. 

Brooke tells Finn that Hope isn’t out of control. Hope made one mistake at Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) party. Finn says it’s a pretty big mistake.

Brooke says Hope apologized and it didn’t happen again. Finn brings up the lingerie fall. Brooke says it was an accident. Finn says, “Hope pinned me to the desk wearing lingerie. Steffy walked in.” Sounds like assault based on Finn’s description.

I’m surprised Steffy hasn’t filed charges against Hope yet. Going back to the episode, Brooke insists it’s all just a big misunderstanding! Hope is NOT interested in you, Finn!

Carter asks Hope if she should be reading that press release again. Hope just can’t believe it. POOF! Hope’s legacy is gone.

Hope continues talking about her years of hard work meaning nothing. Carter picks up the papers and considers his plan again.

Ridge and Steffy debate about Hope’s termination. Steffy justifies her decision. Ridge says it’s about the company.

Katie reasons that this isn’t an employee, Hope is Brooke Logan’s daughter, that is going to send shockwaves. Katie leaves to tend to business.

Steffy tells Ridge to clarify whose side he’s on. Steffy says it doesn’t sound like Ridge is backing her. It sounds like Ridge is defending Hope and Brooke, Steffy insists. 

The Bold And The Beautiful Recap – John Finnegan’s Fury

The Bold and the Beautiful recap reveals that Finn and Brooke continue debating. Brooke says she knows what it feels like to be punished for something she didn’t do.

Finn agrees, but that’s not what happened here. There was no injustice, what Hope did was wrong, and she needs to take responsibility and move on.

Denying it is a bad look, Finn says. Brooke makes herself perfectly clear, “Hope does NOT want you! She is moving in an entirely different direction.

She has NO interest in you whatsoever!” Finn looks confused. Or maybe hurt. Maybe Finn just wants Hope to want him.

Hope says she can see Carter is torn. Hope is torn too, she insists. Carter has always valued loyalty. Carter is proud of that. Hope says that sometimes loyalty is misplaced.

Carter asks Hope if this is one of those times. Hope says they’ve tried to play by their rules when the game is designed for only them to win.

Carter and Hope both feel dismissed and discarded. Hope blames Steffy. Hope brings up Carter’s expansion pitch again.

Hope says the Forresters couldn’t dream that vision much less make it happen. Hope tells Carter that’s the real reason they rejected his pitch. 

Carter brings up how the Forresters have slammed the Logans over the years. Hope says that Brooke was given a non-position at Forrester, and her line is completely dependent on Ridge’s support.

Hope suggests that Steffy could fire Katie next, and no one would question it. Hope warns Carter that if he continues supporting the Logans, Steffy will want him out. Hope suggests that Ridge will support Steffy, not his best friend.

Carter says if they do this, there’s no going back. Hope asks if they really want to do this. Carter reasons they left them no choice.

Carter is going to talk to Ridge one more time before filing the paperwork. Carter advises Hope to wait for his call. Hope says she believes in Carter… always. They kiss. 

Brooke reminds Finn that he was Hope’s friend once. Finn says until Hope crossed the line. Brooke says Hope is not a homewrecker.

Hope crossed a line, but she shouldn’t be punished forever. Brooke says Steffy has made mistakes, too. Brooke predicts that the press will wonder why Steffy’s making such foolish decisions for the business.

Finn trusts Steffy, Brooke warns it could blow up in her face. Brooke says even if Finn doesn’t believe it’s the right thing to do for Hope, it’s the right thing for Forrester. Brooke tells Finn to talk to Steffy and tell her to back off before it’s too late.

B&B Recap – Tuesday, November 19, 2024

Ridge walks into the office and tries to talk to Steffy. When Steffy gives Ridge the silent treatment, he explains he always has her back.

Steffy feels like Ridge is wavering. Steffy admits firing Hope was personal. At the same time, Steffy reasons that she always puts business first.

Ridge says he understands but they need to be careful how they handle this situation. Ridge calls it “delicate.”  Ridge doesn’t think going to the press now is the right time.

As Steffy asks Ridge if he thinks the Hope thing will “work itself out,” Carter walks in. Carter wants to resolve things before they spiral out of control. 

Hope waits at the cabin in front of the burning fireplace. Hope flashes back to Carter’s words, body, and sports car. Hope recalls Carter signing the document.

Brooke interrupts. Hope is visibly startled. Hope sips her coffee as Brooke admits she talked to Finn. Brooke says it didn’t do so great. Brooke wishes Finn believed Hope wasn’t making a play for him.

Brooke brings up Carter stealing Hope’s heart. Hope makes an interesting statement… “I wouldn’t say he stole it. I… gave it to him.”

Hope has a slight smile as she says it. Brooke looks uncomfortable and says, “Anyway…” Then, Brooke tells Hope what she suggested to Finn.

Carter talks about optics and Hope’s termination. Ridge tries to do damage control and backs Steffy. Steffy says it will be old news by tomorrow.

Carter says Hope and the Logans have been sidelined for years despite all their contributions. Carter understands Steffy has wounds, but it’s no excuse for firing Hope.

Steffy stands up for herself. Steffy says she can’t trust Hope, so how can she work with her? Carter says Steffy’s issues with Hope are interfering with business decisions. 

Ridge tells Carter to take a breath. Carter does not take a breath. Carter keeps going! Carter says if Steffy doesn’t reinstate Hope and HFTF, then Forrester Creations will never be the same again!

Carter adds that Hope For the Future needs to always have a place at Forrester Creations. Carter mentions that they have no idea what’s at stake if they don’t do it. Carter’s hand grips the file folder even tighter, something Ridge notices.
