‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Recap Tuesday, August 25: Dylan Busted, Katie Explodes & Sheila Reconnects With Deacon

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Tuesday, August 25, 2026. In today’s episode, Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) reconnects. RJ Forrester (Brayan Nicoletti) has a pitch. Plus, Melissa Dylan (Sydney Bullock) is busted.

One Man’s Pitch

RJ and Electra Forrester (Laneya Grace) go to see Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). They have something to wipe away the Logan stain on Forrester Creations.

The young man tells his father about there being no youth line anymore because of Hope Logan Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) exit. What about Electra being the new face of FC’s youth line? 

Ridge isn’t sure how Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) would react. RJ says this is important for the company.

They need to keep the family legacy alive. RJ wants to build a brand around Electra. They want to turn her into a global phenomenon. 

Ridge is impressed by all RJ’s charts. RJ says Electra is also a Forrester. Ridge is uncertain. RJ continues talking. 

One Lady Busted

Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) wakes up in bed next to Dylan. Her hair still looks perfect, no bedhead at all. Dylan gushes about Will’s manliness.

Dylan is a big fan. Will thinks she’s cool, but his mom doesn’t. Will says his mother is protective. Dylan gets in the shower. 

Will gets breakfast ready. Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) comes in. Katie assumes there is company. Will says now isn’t a good time.

Katie wants to know who he’s hiding. She hopes it’s Electra. Dylan shows up wearing Will’s shirt. Katie can’t believe this! Katie thought her son loved Electra. Will rehashes everything. Katie doesn’t think Will can get over Electra with Dylan. 

The girl says she loves Will. Katie asks her about motives. Dylan says her heart is her motive. Oh, how poetic. Katie wants to know what Dylan really wants with Will. (Writer’s Note: Is a good time not a good enough reason?)

Sheila Carter’s Surprise

Sheila surprises Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan). The lady talk about Monaco. Deacon heard all about Sheila and John “Finn” Finnegan’s (Tanner Novlan) trip.

Sheila says she didn’t get her miracle. She still hopes Steffy and Finn can work things out. How are things going with Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig), Sheila asks?

Deacon assumes she’s there to talk about her own issues. Sheila talks about hoping she could have a bond with Finn, but it’s just a pipe dream.

Sheila adds her losses keep mounting. She still loves him, even if he left her for another woman. Deacon apologizes for what happened with Taylor.

They agree that they made some incredible memories. Deacon says they aren’t getting married. Taylor rejected his proposal. Sheila doesn’t understand.
