The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Tuesday, December 9, 2025! In today’s episode, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) breaks Sheila Carter Sharpe’s (Kimberlin Brown) heart.

Brooke Logan Forrester’s Questioning
At work, Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) talk about the wedding. They gush over Beth Spencer (Jordyn Grace) officiating. Brooke can sense that Ridge is somewhere else.
The man admits he’s thinking about Eric. The blonde wonders if Ridge regrets having the retirement party. The man says he did what he did out of love.
He hopes when it’s time for him to hang up the sketching pad, someone will force him out too. Ridge does admit it might have been better if it were Eric’s decision.

Brooke supports Ridge and says he made the right decision.

Eric Forrester’s Retirement Reconsideration
At the estate, Donna Logan Forrester (Jennifer Gareis) says Ridge is wrong! Eric is starting to wonder if his son is right, though. His last collection was over a year ago. The man feels guilty over some of the things he said to his son, too.
Donna says the plus of retirement is spending more time together. Eric changes the subject to Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) and Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) wedding.

Donna brings up Beth officiating. Eric feels bad he won’t be at the wedding, is Donna really okay going without him? Donna is, but notes Eric will be missed.
Hope Logan & Liam Spencer’s Discussion
Hope and Liam talk about their wedding, which is tomorrow. Security has been hired to keep the paparazzi away. They talk about banning Sheila.
Hope feels bad for her dad, but they have to honor Beth’s request. Hope doesn’t really believe Sheila has changed, but Liam points out she saved Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Beth appears and can’t wait to marry her mom and dad!

Sheila Carter Sharpe’s Heartbreak
Sheila is busy picking out an outfit for the wedding. Deacon enters as Sheila talks about color coordinating. Talk turns to Eric and Sheila always had a soft spot for him.
As Sheila talks about the wedding again, Deacon grows silent. Sheila wants to know what’s up. Deacon announces that Sheila is not invited to the wedding.
The woman is stunned, she really thought she could show Hope the new her. Deacon knows this is upsetting to Sheila, but it is Hope’s special day and the bride is getting what she wants.
