‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ Recap Tuesday, January 6: Taylor Grilled, Sheila’s Ambush, Daphne’s Decision

The Bold and the Beautiful recap is in for Tuesday, January 6, 2026. In today’s episode, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) grills Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig). Meanwhile, Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) announces she’s returning to Paris. \

Daphne Rose’s Shocking News

Daphne and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) chat with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson).

The Nose will be in Paris as well as Thomas, so scheduling won’t be an issue. Steffy is caught off guard by this news. What about Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor)? (Make sure to check out our WEEKLY B&B spoilers, here!)

The Nose replies that they have potential, but good romances take time. Daphne misses her family and belongs in Paris. Steffy thought she fell in love with Carter.

Daphne explains that she opened up to him, but Carter still chose Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle). The woman will not be anyone’s rebound and deserves to be chased.

Ridge Forrester’s Encouragement

At Forrester Creations, Carter is so grateful to be working with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). The COO is excited about 2026. Ridge wonders if that includes Daphne.

The holidays were wonderful, but the closer he gets to Daphne, the more he feels a distance. However, he still believes there is a future with Daphne.

Carter says Daphne is the woman he’s been looking for his entire life. Ridge says she could be the one. This surprises Carter, but Ridge tells him to go for it.

Steffy runs in and announces Daphne is leaving L.A.! 

In the showroom, Daphne recalls spending the holidays with Carter.

Sheila Carter Sharpe’s Ambush

Over at the hospital, Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) is working in her office. Sheila suddenly bursts through the door.

Taylor worries about how unpredictable and impulsive the waitress is. Sheila comments about Taylor thinking she’ll disappoint Deacon again. Sheila confesses she’s no angel, but she would truly be lost without her husband.

Bill Spencer’s Warning

At the restaurant, Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom) is still talking to Deke Sharpe (Harrison Cone). Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) watch from the bar.

They discuss Deke’s firing. Bill suggests that Katie might be able to help Deke. Deacon notices the sword necklace.

Bill says everything will be fine as long as Deacon keeps Sheila Carter Sharpe (Kimberlin Brown) away from his family. 

Bill is impressed by Deacon’s business, but marrying Sheila was a mistake.

Katie Logan Spencer’s Deal

Katie talks about her new fashion house. The woman thinks she and Deke are kindred spirits. The designer could talk all day about urban sophistication.

Katie promises there will be no nepotism at Logan. They set up a meeting and Bill returns to the table. \

Bill suddenly declares he might invest in Deacon only if Sheila isn’t involved, though. BATIE exits, then Sheila shows up. The woman wants to talk to Deke, but he isn’t interested. 

Deacon Sharpe’s Risky Move

Deacon goes to his appointment with Taylor. The woman explains Sheila was just there. Taylor lists all of the great things about Deacon.

The man is awestruck by her faith in him. Deacon asks Taylor if Sheila could return to her dark side. The therapist honestly says, “Yes.” 

As they sit closer, Deacon asks Taylor how she really feels about him.
