Daphne Walton’s Wish

Daphne Walton (Murielle Hilaire) wants to focus on Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and their future child. The Nose wants him to be a father so badly.

The COO looks awkward and uncomfortable. Daphne is considering an egg donor and a surrogate. Carter is surprised by this news. 

Daphne explains it felt like a cold, business transaction. She wishes it was someone they knew and trusted.

Daphne doesn’t want to rule out any possibility for a family. Carter suddenly has to leave. The man says he’ll do everything in his power to make Daphne’s dreams come true.

A Mother’s Concern

Taylor stops by the office to see Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). The lady is concerned about Steffy. Something is very off with their daughter.

Ridge is sure Steffy would have told them if something was wrong. Taylor is convinced that something isn’t quite right and it started after she came back from Monaco. 

Taylor asks how Ridge is doing. Ridge asks about Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan). Taylor explains the man proposed marriage, but she turned him down. Ridge is relieved.

Taylor thinks marriage is unnecessary at her age. The topic turns back to Steffy. They hope Steffy and Finn can put the Monaco mess behind them. Daphne enters and talks about Carter being such a good man. 

Confession Time

At home, Steffy says Finn needs to know the truth. Steffy says she was devastated. She wishes she could forget everything that happened. She’s tried to move on, but can’t.

Finn is panicking and thinks this is about Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). Steffy says she is the one who should be apologizing. She starts sobbing.

They talk about how beautiful their family is. Steffy knows she should have stayed with him. Finn gets an emergency call and has to leave. It’s life or death. Finn runs out before Steffy can tell him the truth. 

Surrogacy Plea

Carter suddenly enters. The man knows a way out for all of them! Steffy thinks she’ll still have to confess. The man says Daphne wants to use an egg donor and a surrogate.

Daphne also wants it to be someone they know. Carter begs Steffy to agree to be Daphne’s egg donor and surrogate.
