The intensity that Finn demonstrated toward Liam felt like a normal protective stance that any boyfriend, or intended father of a woman’s child would take. And Novlan’s character was right to stand up to Liam, putting him in his place when no one else has been able to do so.

But what if the manner in which Finn responded to Liam merely scratches the soapy surface on who this character really is? It could be that Finn is deeply unstable, meaning that he’s Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) tenfold.

If the above is true, then Finn wouldn’t want to be tied to Steffy forever. He might feel restless, with a crossover to the sister show implied, and feel the need to explore other life alternatives.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Eventually All Is Revealed

Sure, this scenario is a deep stretch. But all of of daytime allows for many possibilities to be explored.

Assuming that Finn made the switch, fans know that his crime would eventually be revealed. Steffy would be horrified to learn that the true father of her baby purposely rejected responsibility. When that news was learned, or exposed Steffy would be done with Finn and raise their child alone.
