B&B spoilers for the week of April 3 reveal that one must-see moment centers on Finn, Li Finnegan (Naomi Matsuda) and Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown). After Finn and Li encountered Sheila at the hospital, an interesting dilemma was presented.

Li thinks that they should just let Sheila die from her heart attack. However, Finn takes his medical oath seriously. Despite knowing that everyone would be better off if Sheila were dead, Finn also made an oath to save lives… no matter how he feels about that particular patient.

It is teased that Finn will make a heroic move. It sounds like Sheila might not be as critical as doctors think. Could Sheila be faking as Bill and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) predicted? If Sheila suddenly sits up in her hospital bed, Finn might be forced to take drastic action.
