#1 She’s Almost Destroyed People’s Lives
From the outside, Flo Fulton might seem like the sweet, loving, caring, and nurturing person she wants people to believe she is. But truth be told, this is the same woman who stole a baby, didn’t tell the truth about it for many long months and nearly destroyed people’s lives.
#2 Flo Fulton Is Untrustworthy
Does Wyatt Spencer really want to spend the rest of his life with a woman who pretended to give birth to a baby that was not hers and worse, lied to his brother Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) about it, too? If she’s done something so horrible like this in the past, there’s a good chance that she might do it again. Flo is untrustworthy, which means she can easily manipulate Wyatt into getting what she wants.
#3 The Chemistry Isn’t There For Flo And Wyatt

Truth be told, the chemistry between B&B Flo and Wyatt isn’t the same as it was between Flo and Sally Spectra. The fashion designer knew how to excite Wyatt between the sheets whereas with Flo it seems like he’s still looking for that same spark the two had when they were still in high school. That spark, however, has long faded away.
#4 Her Personal Agenda With Mom Shauna
There really isn’t much that we know or have learned about Flo and her mother Shauna Fulton other than the fact that they left Las Vegas while hoping to find a better life in Los Angeles. But at the same time, there’s a good chance that these two might have a personal agenda behind the real reason why they ended up at the Forrester Mansion. You don’t end up at a millionaire’s mansion by accident.
#5 Wyatt Spencer Is Blinded By Lust

If there’s one thing that we’ve learned about Wyatt Spencer over the years is that while he does mean well, he doesn’t always use common sense, especially when it comes to picking out the right woman for him. Wyatt is blinded by lust and what he and Flo shared together in the past. Soon enough, he’s going to regret his decision to commit to her.

Wyatt can’t seem to see any farther than an arm’s length. Sally was an excellent partner for him, instead he placed all of his eggs in Flo’s basket based on an affair he had in high school or some years ago with her and she has done everything but the right thing and Wyatt can’t seem to be able to see it. I wonder why she and Shauna really left Las Vegas?
