Let’s face it: waffling runs in the Spencer family. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) does it, Wyatt Spencer (Darrin Brooks) does it, and of course, Liam Spencer does it too. And while Hope might think that her waffling husband might genuinely sorry, he’s not. That’s because this is just what he’s programmed to do, but if it doesn’t stop now, it never will.

Since marrying a woman is not enough for Liam to realize that he should just be with one woman for the rest of his life, something else needs to be done. Why not get a tattoo? He should ink his love for Hope where the world can see it: on his forehead.
