The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers and Recap Thursday, May 13: Eric Defends Quinn – Shauna’s Shocking Confession

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap for Thursday, May 13, 2021, reveals in Los Angeles Eric Forrester (John McCook) defends his wife. Quinn Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) faithfulness to him speaks to her character. Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) says that Quinn’s faithfulness is calculated in proportion to her desire not to end up back on the streets of Las Vegas, scrounging for a living. There’s no telling what Quinn might do. Brooke warns Eric not to open his heart to Quinn too soon.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) wonders why Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) hasn’t told him about the mystery woman in his life. Brooke says that maybe Carter is intentionally keeping the woman a secret. Ridge is glad that Carter is happy and moving on. Brooke believes Zoe genuinely loves Carter. Ridge says Carter deserves someone who only wants to be with him. The Forresters are curious about whether they know Carter’s, new woman.

Ridge wonders why they all sabotage what they want on impulse. Out of nowhere, Quinn tried to destroy her marriage. Zoe risked her relationship with Carter to explore one with Zende. Eric says they all make mistakes. He hasn’t given Quinn a fair shake. Brooke says Quinn doesn’t deserve a fair shake. Eric says it’s time for action between him and Quinn.

The Bold And The Beautiful – Quinn Fuller Not Easy To Be With

Ridge says Quinn doesn’t pretend to be an easy person to live with, but Eric is familiar with that territory. Maybe Quinn feels like home for Eric after living with Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery). Ridge supports the relationship if it makes Eric happy.

Brooke balks at Ridge’s comparison of Quinn and Stephanie. Brooke says Quinn is a watered-down version of the family matriarch. Stephanie was a formidable force of nature. Eric agrees that Stephanie was one-of-a-kind. Brooke hopes that Quinn can be worthy of Eric, but isn’t sure Quinn has changed. Ridge believes that Quinn paid the price for what she did until Eric forgave her.

At Forrester Creations, Zoe Forrester (Kiara Barnes) puts two and two together. She notices that the jacket on the couch of the office is the same one she saw on the floor in Carter’s bedroom. Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) picks up the jacket to save Quinn from being found out. Zoe is shocked that Carter is involved with Shauna.

Shauna reminds Zoe that she isn’t with Carter anymore and Shauna is a single lady. Carter and Quinn are speechless. Zoe reels from Shauna’s “confession.” Shauna shuts down Zoe’s questions about her “relationship” with Carter. Zoe gets angry that Carter so quickly went on the rebound. She fears everyone at Forrester is laughing at her behind her back.

B&B Spoilers – Carter Walton Apologizes To Zoe Buckingham

Zoe asks Quinn whether she knew about Carter and Shauna this whole time. Shauna says that Quinn just found out about Carter and Shauna. Carter apologizes to Zoe. Shauna and Carter deny being in love. Zoe deduces that the relationship is about sex. Shauna says Carter didn’t cheat on Zoe because they’re no longer together.

Zoe believes she still has a chance with Carter. She hates that he’s with another woman but realizes that she brought it on herself. She’s determined to fix what she broke. Zoe says Quinn is a true friend who would never sleep with Carter and then smile in her face and say she’s helping them get back together.

Paris Buckingham (Diamond White) tells Zende Forrester (Delon de Metz) she’s concerned about her sister. Zoe is so full of regret and pain from hurting Carter. Zende feels awful about the part he played in Zoe’s break-up. Zende says that his spark with Zoe is out. Paris is his future. Zende believes that Zoe has always loved Carter. He wishes Carter could forgive Zoe and learn to trust her again.

Paris fears it’s too late for her sister and Carter now that he has moved on with someone new.
