CBS The Bold & the Beautiful spoilers and updates for Tuesday, July 28, 2020, opens as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope), Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz), and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) prepare to the face the consequences of their actions. The doctor is afraid she’ll lose her medical license and disgrace her parents because of her part in the dying scheme. Sally is more upset with Wyatt Spencer’s (Darin Brooks) feelings for Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden). As soon as she told Wyatt where she was holding Flo, Wyatt took off to rescue her. Sally fears Flo is telling him everything that happened as she speaks.
Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers – Sally Specta Tries To Calm Wyatt Spencer Down
Sally wanted to convince Wyatt that Flo was fine, but he wasn’t interested in anything she had to say. Sally realizes that Wyatt is solely in love with Flo. She wonders if it’s possible to make him understand her side of the story.
Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) is distressed at the condition of his daughter. Bill mopes around the hospital, dropping hints about his part in the accident, but Ridge and Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) don’t put the pieces together.
B&B Spoilers – Wyatt Spencer Relieved Sally Spencer Is Not Dying
Wyatt is relieved that Sally isn’t dying but is sickened that she lied about her illness. Flo reminds Wyatt that he had just broken up with Sally when she suddenly “took ill”. Sally came up with the crazy plan because she wanted to get back together with Wyatt. Everything that happened as a result of Sally’s misguided love for Wyatt.
Wyatt tries to wrap his head around the fact that Sally was scamming him. Flo tells him the story of how she discovered that Sally was lying. The design sketch on Dr. Escobar’s desk was a red flag that something was off. Flo snooped in Sally’s medical records. After she read that Sally was only suffering from stress, she tested Sally by throwing a snake at her. When Sally dropped the walker and ran, it was clear that her physical condition was fine. She smudged off makeup that made Sally look pale. When she confronted Sally and Penny, the doctor knocked Flo out and they dragged her back to Sally’s apartment.
Wyatt is stunned by Sally’s plan to get pregnant. Flo says that Sally played on their pity. Wyatt only saw the best in her. Sally’s other personality is manipulative and deceptive. Flo and Wyatt confess their love for each other and kiss.

Bold and The Beautiful Spoilers: Wyatt Spencer Blasts Sally Spectra
Sally and Penny arrive at Sally’s apartment. Sally wants Wyatt to hear the truth from her. Wyatt blasts Sally for lying to him. The Sally he knew and loved would never have done something so calculated and callous to the people who loved her.
Bill starts to confess to Ridge and Brooke. Detective Alex Sanchez (Jeremy Ray Valdez) arrives at the hospital to speak to Bill. Bill says he has nothing to hide. Bill admits that he was at the scene and called 911. He was on his way to the cliff house to spend time with his granddaughter when Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) pulled out in front of him. He apologizes for hitting her motorcycle. Bill pleads that he would never do anything to Steffy. He loves her.
Ridge berates Bill for his selfishness. Brooke defends Bill. He wouldn’t intentionally hurt Steffy. Ridge warns Bill to stay away from his daughter.
Ridge sits vigil at an unconscious Steffy’s beside. He begs her to come back to him—she has work to do. Steffy stirs and opens her eyes.
