The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and recap for Wednesday, May 5, 2021, reveal in Los Angeles at Forrester Creations where Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) finds Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) entrenched in designing fashion. Thomas is throwing himself into work and the upcoming fashion show to keep his mind off Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero). Hope compliments the tribute video Thomas made for his friend and offers a shoulder to cry on.

Thomas says Brooke Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) couldn’t wait to give him the news that Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) moved home. Hope apologizes for her mother. Thomas understands that Brooke is protecting her daughter. Thomas wants what’s best for Hope, even if it’s Liam.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Hope Logan Not Sure About Total Forgiveness

Hope isn’t sure when or if she’ll fully forgive Liam, but she’s happy to move on. She knows he wishes that night had never happened. Thomas says Liam put their love to the test and complete forgiveness has to be earned. He doesn’t want to see her hurt again. Thomas remarks that it’s crazy how one night changed so many lives. He hopes Liam realizes what he stands to lose if it ever happens again.

She’s happy to have her family back together again. She hopes they won’t have to face anything this devastating again.

B&B Spoilers – Quinn Forrester Speaks To Carter Walton

Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) presses Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) for an update on her talk with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). Quinn isn’t sure she handled the meeting well. Carter interrupts. Zoe admits that she begged Quinn to speak to Carter on her behalf. She says that Quinn has been an amazing friend. Carter squirms when Zoe says that she knows how much Carter respects Eric and their marriage. Zoe wants that kind of marriage, but she took his loyalty and love for granted.

On the way out, Quinn asks Carter to give Zoe the chance to prove her love to him. Zoe is Carter’s future. Zoe makes another pitch for a second chance—she loves Carter and hates that she broke his heart. She notes that Carter and Quinn really connected. Carter says Quinn is very insightful and tries to leave. Zoe says she misses kissing and making love. Carter flashes back to his night of passion with Quinn.

At Spencer Publications, Liam returns to work. Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is impressed that Liam is trying to move forward and put the accident behind him. Liam says that being home with Hope and having her acceptance is everything he’s dreamed of. He says that, when Hope played a tribute video Thomas made about Vinny’s death, it reminded him that he’s a murderer. He won’t be able to keep the secret for the rest of his life.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Vinny Walker’s Death An Accident

Bill reminds his son that Vinny’s death was an accident. Bill saved Liam from prison. He urges Liam to stop worrying and focus on his family. Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) walks in on their heated exchange. Wyatt is suspicious that Liam isn’t ecstatic that he got Hope back. Liam believes he doesn’t deserve Hope and her love or to be happy. Wyatt says Liam is too hard on himself. They encourage Liam to stop punishing himself.

Quinn returns home and puts out an SOS to her best friend. She admits to Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) that she undermined her marriage after Eric Forrester (John McCook) rejected her physically. Shauna is shocked to realize that Quinn cheated on Eric.

When Liam finds Hope at Forrester, Thomas says that he’s happy for Hope and Liam, because Thomas has been on the receiving end of her forgiveness. Vinny’s death gave Thomas perspective. Hope says Liam was moved by the tribute video for Vinny. Liam says he understands Thomas better now—making mistakes, desperately wanting redemption, and trying to make things right. Liam says, when he did something unforgivable, Hope was his only saving grace. Liam wants to move forward and put the past behind them. Thomas is surprised by and suspicious of Liam’s change of heart.
