CBS The Bold and the Beautiful rumors indicate that health issues could be the cause of Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) erratic behavior.

As fans have witnessed recently Sally has gone from good girl to villain due to her plot to win back Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks).

In order to get her man, Sally pretended she was dying thanks to helping from Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz). With Wyatt believing she was dying, he quickly rushed to her side.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Sally Spectra Plan Backfires

However, Sally’s plan hit a snag when Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) discovered her secret. When Flo threatened to expose Sally’s lies, Penny knocked her out and Sally held her captive. With Flo chained to a radiator, Sally went on with her plan and plotted to become pregnant with Wyatt’s baby.

Yet, Sally’s plan was exposed and Wyatt came to Flo’s rescue. An angry Wyatt then confronted Sally over her misdeeds and during the confrontation Sally fainted.

It looks like Sally will now have a real medical crisis on her hands, something that may explain her recent behavior.

Many fans believe that Sally will be diagnosed with a brain tumor. A few soaps go this route when they want to redeem a character.

B&B Spoilers – Viewers Upset

Viewers were upset with the way the show turned Sally into a villain. Many felt it was wrong to make Sally a bad person just to make Flo look good. Fans voiced their displeasure in how far the show went in ruining Sally’s character and wonder how she can stick around after this.

The tumor would be a good way to explain Sally’s deception and set up a possible redemption arc.

If doctors discover a tumor, this will get Wyatt to change his feelings towards Sally. Of course, he’s angry at her for deceiving him and hurting Flo, but seeing her face a serious health issue will have him ease off on his criticism.

With Sally facing a serious condition it’ll lead to some sympathy towards her, yet many will be skeptical given how she lied about her last diagnosis.

Sally isn’t the only B&B character who would be redeemed following a brain tumor. Pam Douglas (Alley Mills) once pulled some crazy antics, including tying up a honey-covered Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) and unleashing a bear on her. Later it was discovered she’d been suffering the effects from a brain tumor. Following surgery, Pam returned to her normal self as the Forrester family rallied around her.

Could the same scenario play out for Sally?

Fans will have to wait and see, but they’re hoping B&B will find some way to turn Sally back into a good girl. Whether it’s from a brain tumor or just having Sally move on, viewers want to see Miss Spectra happy again.
