The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that just as it looked like Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) would escape the waffling clutches of her ex Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton), fans learned that looks can be deceiving. Hope has been wildly inappropriate lately, causing her frenemy Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to compare her to her mom Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) aka TSOTV.

Finn spilled all to Steffy and the brunette immediately went into rage mode, threatening Hope to stay away from her property husband or else.
Just when it looked like Hope was going to try and seduce Finn to spite Steffy, along comes perennial loser in love, Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor). He knew about Hope kissing Finn and kissed her anyway!
It wasn’t long before Liam was paying her attention again and Noelle talked to Soap Opera Digest about Hope’s bump up in her romantic life.

According to Noelle, she thinks that Carter needs to understand that she is part of a family with Liam and their daughter.
“She comes with history, and a very deep, long relationship with Liam. And I think Carter is coming face to face with the recognition that Liam is going to be a part of the picture. Carter is going to have to find out where he fits in all that.”

Especially since Liam suggested that he and Hope give their love another try: “I mean, it’s shocking to her! She’s like, ‘What do you mean? We finally reached a good place as co-parents and have this rhythm and have this stable thing for Beth going.’ It’s a little shocking because it’s like, ‘Wait, wait, wait — we want to try disrupting that kind of peace that we’re finally found now?’ After all the years of that toxic cycle they were in?!”
