‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Beth’s Loss Controlling Hope – Brooke Unknowingly Aids Manipulation

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers tease that Hope Spencer’s (Annika Noelle) continuing inability to deal with Beth Spencer’s (Isabella de Armas and Redford Prindiville) loss in a healthy manner will give Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) a perceived chance to take advantage of her vulnerability. Meanwhile, Brooke Logan-Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) unknowingly puts her ailing daughter in a bad position while thinking otherwise.

B&B Spoilers: Brooke Logan-Forrester Asks Hope Spencer To Move In With Her

Brooke’s ask of Hope to move into the main house makes total sense, in a normal scenario. Any parent who has a grieving child wouldn’t want that daughter, or son to remain alone. Even though she’s within visual distance at the log cabin, Brooke naturally believes that having Noelle’s character under the same roof while Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is visiting Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), Kelly Spencer (Zoe Pennington), and Beth-Phoebe in Paris, France will provide comfort and avoid lonely periods where Hope might dwell on the tragedy.

Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) finds himself in a boxed position. He’s believed that his daughter, Steffy, would be better off with Liam. However, when learning of his son’s (Thomas) revived feelings for Hope, Ridge wasn’t and isn’t onboard with a Steam reunion plan that might be possible if Thomas can somehow win Hope’s heart.

Kaye’s character followed his stern directive to Thomas with various pained facial expressions as Brooke successfully convinced Hope to temporarily live in the main house. Thomas was fully open in expressing his satisfaction that Hope is moving in, as he and Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) will be on-hand, in that they are living in Brooke’s gorgeous mansion as well.

If Brooke knew what Thomas is doing she would have insisted something change. Ridge would have been ordered to remove his son from the house after she also informed Hope what Thomas was up to. But Brooke doesn’t know anything about the emotionally manipulative game that’s being played.

B&B Spoilers: Thomas Forrester Using Douglas Forrester

Ridge isn’t yet aware that Thomas is using Douglas’ need for consolation against Hope. However, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) recently became aware of what’s happening and that knowledge could easily turn into a major problem.

Sally seems primed to say something to Hope, or to someone else at Forrester Creations. All B&B fans know that overhead information in that fashion house has often been passed on with resulting consequences through the years.

Upcoming flashbacks will send Hope reeling when a modest power blackout happens. That, along with Liam’s absence furthers Thomas’ plan, in his mind. But viewers know that Hope is in love with her husband and surely won’t be easily manipulated.
