Batie reached another separation point after Bill’s cabin kiss with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) was exposed. The intended Bridge reunion party was wrecked when a smartphone recording that Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) captured and assumed would never be seen by anyone other than Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer) suddenly appeared in a digital frame at a party.
The utter humiliation of seeing Bill kissing her sister during that infamous night was compounded by the public nature of what happened. It also deepened Katie’s plight, as other important people in her life gained the intimate knowledge of Bill’s latest betrayal and naturally want to offer their take.
The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Brooke Logan Remains A Sore Sister Subject
Brooke is Katie’s sister, who claimed to be in love with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). But recorded actions appeared to prove otherwise.
So why would Brooke have allowed herself to be overcome by old emotions and in so doing, betray her commitment to Ridge and the sisterly bond she worked hard to restore with Katie on multiple occasions?

An apparent answer lies in what Katie’s been saying to Bill. She believes he isn’t capable of keeping his attachment to Brooke contained and will continue reconnecting with her in inappropriate ways.

Bill blames no one but himself. He was also honest when telling Katie that he didn’t plan to tell her what happened.
What Bill told Katie actually offers a path forward. Diamont’s character hadn’t planned on kissing Brooke, recognized what he did was wrong when it happened, and had no plans to pursue anything further with her, though he did think about the kiss after it happened.
If Katie wants to continue her relationship with Bill then she would be justified in pursuing a couple’s therapy, even including Brooke in the sessions. While that sounds incredible, this is daytime where anything is possible.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Batie Is Best Option Moving Forward
Bill is a flawed human being, more so than most. But he’s actually the best version of himself, which is a cliche, but reasonably applicable in this instance.
If Katie chooses to make this type of personal sacrifice, which would extend indefinitely into the future, based on Bill’s history, then she’d be doing so for Will’s sake. And he is the main focus that Katie must consider before completely breaking with his father, who’s far from perfect, but truly loves them both.
