Bill was stupid. While the scenario was terrible, he did not have to take Vincent Walker’s (Joe LoCicero) personal possessions, destroy one of them, and throw that smartphone and the wallet into the Bel Air hills. Diamont’s stubborn character did so after driving away from the scene without reporting the accident to the police.

One of the keywords in the last paragraph is an accident. That’s what happened to Vinny. He was accidentally struck and killed. But Bill believed that the authorities wouldn’t accept the truth because of Vinny’s involvement in rigging Steffy Forrester’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) paternity test results.

B&B Spoilers – Bill Spencer Not In Control

Bill is a decent guy when he’s in control of himself. He was doing well in recent months, as part of his attempt to convince Katie Logan (Heather Tom) to once again take him back and reform the Batie family.

But the accident triggered the Dollar Bill personal, underscoring Katie’s resistance to reconciling. Tom’s character has suffered the consequences of the dark side of Bill’s personality on many occasions. She knows what happens when he’s out of order.

Now, as viewers have seen, Bill’s latest reckless series of actions have put him and Liam in serious legal jeopardy.

Hitting Vinny with Bill’s sports car wasn’t something Liam could have avoided. But where one or more people were trailing the Spencer’s, with the intent of setting them up?

That type of event would seem implausible. But this is B&B, so maybe it’s not.

Justin knows that the case against his clients appears air-tight and their confessions, which happened without his presence, are fully damaging. So, fans are waiting for the other soapy shoe to drop so that Bill and Liam can somehow have their dire legal situations dramatically lessened.
