However, Bill might want to rethink this entire situation, especially since he’s got someone like Quinn whispering in his ear. Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, Don Diamont, who plays Bill Spencer on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “Sound the trumpets. Of course. Why wouldn’t Bill listen to Quinn, of all people, because you know Bill is always quick to take Quinn’s advice, not to mention engage with her.”

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers also tease that when Bill’s attempt to reconcile with Katie doesn’t work, he goes for Plan B. Don continues, “I don’t know how much of this comes from Bill’s self-destructive personality. He gets in his own way but really, Katie is rejecting him. He’s trying to get that back on track – post-kiss with Brooke – and Katie is just not having it. So, whatever those feelings for Brooke that Bill has had in check, there was nothing leading into that kiss. It just happened out of circumstance. Nothing happened post-kiss but Katie is not wasting her time with him anymore.”
