One of B&B’s lead actors has scarcely been seen in recent months. But Steffy Forrester Finnegan’s (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) shooting caused the soapy mothballs to be cleared.

Steffy and Bill have a complicated history. Devoted viewers know it dates back to this character’s younger days. Fans also recall the epic reveal in the back of the cliff house, where Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) found a paternity test result with Bill’s name on it. Thankfully, he was not Kelly Spencer’s (Sophia Paras McKinlay) father.

Dollar Bill’s comeback involves him offering support to Steffy that goes beyond emotional words. He wants to bring whoever shot her and killed John Finn Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) to justice.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Dollar Bill Spencer Means Business

Steffy holds a special place in Bill’s heart. He wanted to jet off to some fabulous destination and marry her a handful of years ago. He does not love him, so that did not happen.

Bill is a bulldog. So, all he will need is a sniff of Sheila Cater’s (Kimberlin Brown) scent to flush her out of the weeds where she continues to slither.

As viewers recall, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) did not agree to reconcile. Spencer Publications appears to be running smoothly. So, Bill has time on his hands to dedicate to this unsolved case.

B&B Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Retains Justin Barber

Dedicated viewers also recall Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) accepted Justin Barber’s (Aaron Spears) offer to work for him many months ago. That came after Bill fired Justin for being disloyal when attempting to take over the company and was during the Vincent Walker (Joe Lo Cicero) rundown story line.

Justin quickly solved the first pressing issue Ridge assigned to him. He discovered that Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Quinn Fuller (Rena Sofer) were involved romantically.

It would make sense for Ridge to tap Justin’s skill set again, as the Forrester family needs to know who killed Finn and nearly did the same to Steffy.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Reteaming For A Good Cause

Bill told Justin he was dead to him. Spears’ character was initially broken-hearted but then pulled a Dollar Bill in offering access to dirt on his former boss to Ridge.

Might Bill overlook the above if Justin finds Finn and Steffy’s shooter? Maybe not. But great soapy scenes could be had if these one-time best friends work together to reveal Sheila on B&B.

      No. Am not holding out for a Bill and Steffy reunion ever. For goodness' sake Steffy was his son's wife and the mother of his granddaughter. Let Bill continue to get Katie back and be a family with her and Will. Years ago Steffy had a crush on Bill and that was it, a mistake when they had one night together. Let what ever happened between Bill and Steffy stay in the past. Steffy still have feelings for Liam. Bill and Steffy, no way, that is sick.

      Of course, Spencer Publication is running smoothly because, Bill Spencer is a businessman, unlike Forrester Creation's owners. It appears to me; Brooke would have gone into the office to do whatever was needed to be done minus designing. Ridge and Eric are both disgraceful. Steffy is at home and not once has Ridge mention about maybe going to the office for an hour. Too busy looking and hands on fake Taylor. Eric should never ever say anything to Quinn again, after all look what he is doing. He is being a dirty sick old man, with Donna.
      Now, with the possibility of exploring another DNA to see if Kelly is Bill's daughter is ridiculous. Why toy with baby Kelly knowing that Liam is her daddy, to confuse this baby is cruel.
      The person to get to the bottom of who killed Dr. Finn and shot Steffy, is Bill. Bill is the one that will get things done, while fake Taylor and Ridge do nothing.

        Totally agree. Donna and honey bear is ridiculous . I was hoping for Bill to hook up Fiinn’s mom. Someone other than a dam Logan. Now they turned Thomas bad again. He will probably get fired from Forresters. Maybe go to Spencer? Liam would just love that
