The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that Eric Forrester (John McCook) is rushed to the hospital during the week of February 16, 2026.

Of course, Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) will be quick to blame Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) and Katie Logan Spencer (Heather Tom).

However, could BATIE end up earning redemption and saving lives? Keep reading to find out what could happen next in the CBS soap opera.

Eric Forrester’s Opportunity

Let’s start off with Eric, who ended up offering to be Katie’s lead fashion designer. While they are keeping it a secret, the information has leaked out to Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) and of course, Donna Logan Forrester (Jennifer Gareis).

Katie has always admired Eric and thinks he’s a brilliant businessman. The woman was shocked when Eric suggested he could design for her, but just temporarily. Katie would have been a fool to say no.

Bill Spencer’s Pressure

However, Liam ends up telling Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) about Eric’s new job. Hope will have a hard time keeping this from Brooke. So, Liam might warn Bill and Katie that the truth is about to come out.

That might explain why Bill puts pressure on Eric to finish the designs. Bill might know that it will be very soon when Brooke and Ridge find out the truth. So, Bill will want Katie to have all the designs she needs before the big launch.

Sudden Medical Crisis

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers reveal that a preview clip shows that Bill, Katie, Eric, and Donna meet with Ridge and Brooke.

Eric doesn’t apologize for the betrayal. In fact, the man justifies it by explaining that Ridge threw him out to pasture. Ridge does apologize, but it comes a little too late. Eric suddenly has trouble breathing. As the man grabs his chest, Ridge yells out for someone to dial 911.

BATIE Blamed

While Eric will likely survive, he could be warned to avoid stress. In Ridge and Brooke’s eyes, they will put the blame on BATIE. However, Bill and Katie might reason that Eric offered to design for Katie, but she didn’t recruit him.

That won’t matter to BRIDGE, though. This will be just another example of how Bill and Katie are “attacking” the Forrester family.

Of course, Bill and Katie will feel guilty about the pressure they put on Eric. So, could they somehow turn this around and earn redemption? Maybe a fashion house isn’t the answer, but a medical solutions company.

With Katie’s complicated health history and all Bill’s money, they could actually do some good in the world, so stay tuned!
