According to the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest Bold and the Beautiful spoilers, Lang confirmed that the statement is a reaction to what Bill tells Brooke. He surprises Brooke and decides to be her knight in shining armor, just like always. He then announces his undying love to Brooke.

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers confirm that Ridge walks in and hears Brooke tell Bill that she loves him. But that’s really not what she says at all! Ridge only catches one short sentence of the conversation, which gives him the completely wrong idea. It leaves him feeling devastated and like Bill has won Brooke once again.

Lang explained to the magazine that when Bill professes his love, Brooke says that what they had was great. She tells him that they had a wonderful relationship at one time and a part of her will always love him. However, Ridge just catches the “always love you, Bill” and assumes the worst. He doesn’t stick around to hear what else Brooke has to say, which includes telling Bill that Ridge is her one and only true love.

We all know that Ridge doesn’t make the best decisions when he is heartbroken, so what will he do after the “Brill” love confession? Will he go ahead and try to win Brooke’s heart and get the marriage annulled? Or will he turn to Shauna, a woman that loves him but he has no romantic feelings for?
