The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers tease that Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) behavior is a little off, even for him. Social media is buzzing with speculation that the publishing mogul could have a brain tumor.

Last week Bill made a fool of himself by professing his love for Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). He told her that he loved her and that they could have a beautiful life together. She turned him down, citing her reason to be Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). She still loves Ridge and believes they will find their way back to each other.

Bill kept pushing for Brooke to entertain life with him. Finally, Bill gave up and told her he was always available if she ever needed to talk.

If that wasn’t bad enough, Katie Logan (Heather Tom) arrives to support her sister Brooke. B&B spoilers state that Bill gave Katie the same exact speech as Brooke. It was nearly word for word. Of course, Katie turned him down. She no longer wants a life with Bill, as she is happy with Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor).

No one knew that Carter was listening to Bill’s conversations with Katie and Brooke. He noticed that his discussions were nearly identical. At some point, Carter will tell someone about the bizarre conversations and take it up with Dollar Bill.

Bill is usually a smooth talker. He’s not typically sloppy and wouldn’t consider giving both sisters the same love pitch. He would change it up a little bit, not to mention that he wouldn’t try to reunite with Brooke and Katie in a matter of several minutes.

B&B spoilers state that Bill wants to turn over a new leaf and change his ways. How he was acting with the Logan sisters, it’s doubtful he can change.
