B&B Spoilers—Did Bill Spencer Change The DNA Test?

After Bill revealed his partnership with Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown), many felt that Bill could be holding on to another secret. Kelly’s paternity is the only other secret besides Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) being the trigger woman.

B&B spoilers say that Bill is not only working with Sheila and protecting her, but they are in a romantic relationship. Sheila wants the chance to connect with John ‘Finn’ Finnegan (Tanner Novlan). The only way that can work is if Sheila can find a way to get rid of Steffy.

Finn seemed shocked that Taylor would shoot Bill. He asked why Taylor would attack Bill, and Steffy stayed silent. Neither Bill nor Steffy admitted their fling or the questions surrounding Kelly’s paternity.
