The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers document that Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) jaw dropped. She could not believe what the daughter she had with Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) revealed.

Saying that Deacon was in love surprised Brooke because the last she knew, he still loved her. A certain level of conceit aside, anyone who is rational shared Brooke’s natural reaction when she learned, a moment later, that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) was the object of Deacon’s affection.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan’s History Repeated?

To this point in her early middle-aged life, Hope has not lived up to her mother’s standards. Of course, some, like the late Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery), during her years of battle, would have said Hope has not lived down to Brooke’s mark.

Brooke’s legendary history with so-called relationships creates incredible drama on B&B. She is the defacto matriarch of this version of Los Angeles, California.

Lang, along with John McCook (Eric Forrester), are the only two remaining actors who have been with the show since the first year of its inception. Brooke and Eric were married and have children of their own, Rick Forrester (last played by Jacob Young) and Bridget Forrester (Ashley Jones).

Bridget was married to Deacon when he and Brooke became involved and had Hope.

B&B Spoilers – Deacon Sharpe Can Not Explain Twisted Connection

Deacon wanted to build a bond with his daughter. To his credit and Hope’s, that began developing when he was most recently incarcerated.

The hand-written correspondence they exchanged while Deacon was in jail served as motivation. His early release, for good behavior, was followed by Hope embracing her father and Brooke later supporting Deacon’s rehabilitation.

But Brooke was not interested in reigniting a romance with Deacon, as he hoped. That left him hurt, alone, and vulnerable. Enter Sheila.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Thomas Forrester Is A Version Of Sheila Carter

Brooke recognizes the comparison. Deacon being with Sheila is wilder than Hope being with Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Purely from an overhead perspective, Deacon and Hope willingly involved themselves with dark personalities.

Thomas is not someone Brooke trusts. Years ago, before Atkinson embodied this role, Thomas was almost responsible for Rick’s death. So, Brooke would put him in Sheila’s category.

Hope is taking heavy flak from those who are trying to warn her about Thomas. So, fans can wonder if Hope’s perspective may change if she eventually sees the similarity between the threat Sheila poses to her father and that which Thomas could pose to her and the children on B&B.
