Bill was the one who thought it best to drive off and leave Vinny for dead. He also hides any evidence linking Liam to the crime scene. He was doing what he had to do to protect his son.

Although, Bill thought he was doing the right thing. He only made matters worse for his son. Liam spent weeks dealing with a heavy conscience, and when he was unable to take anymore, he confessed.

Now, Bill’s worst nightmare has come true. His son’s behind bars and facing life in prison. Hope isn’t wasting any time admonishing Bill for his actions. In her opinion, Bill should be the one in jail, not Liam.

While Hope is furious with Bill, Brooke is feeling sympathy for him. Brooke’s always had a fondness for her ex and will continue to support him no matter what. She knows this situation is tearing him apart.

He’s facing the realization his son’s life is in shambles, and he played a role in it. As a parent, he wanted to protect his child, something Brooke knows all too well. Bill made a mistake and if he could he’d take Liam’s place.

Although Hope is hurting, Brooke also understands this situation is difficult for Bill too. She’s going to be concerned about his well-being as everyone awaits word on Liam’s fate. As a friend, she wants to be there to help him through this tough period.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Logan And Hope Logan  Disagree About Bill Spencer

Brooke understands Hope’s upset, but she needs her daughter to look at this situation from Bill’s perspective. He was doing what he could to protect his family, something Hope will learn as a new mother.

Instead of being angry at Bill, Hope should empathize with him. They’re both suffering due to Liam’s arrest and prepping for life without him.

Yet, Hope isn’t going to share her mother’s sentiments towards Bill. She’ll continue to hold him responsible for Liam’s arrest, and blame him for destroying her and Liam’s family. No matter how hard Brooke tries to persuade her, Hope’s not going to change her mind.
